My grandparents bought a mobile home here in 1972. I was born in 1972!! We would visit every summer as I was growing up. So many good memories of the pool and going on my grandpas boat to caledeci island. Of course they have been gone for many, many years. I thought I would see if this park still exists...so glad to see it does!

Friendly I own rental property there. Everyone is nice .walking distance or biking to everything.

This is one of the top mobile home parks in the county. Weve loved here almost 7 years. It is a lovely place...quiet and cordial.

BEAUTIFUL and well kept!

Very nice park. Unbelievably quiet, in the summer at least. Clean. Spacious. Well maintained. Nice homes. Staff was very friendly. But they are 100% 55+ and they have a wait list to get in. I was very impressed.

My dad lived here for 15 years before he passed away. It is a nice, clean park. Everyone waves hello and offers help. It is a nice community. Always something to do; card night, game night, horseshoes, coffee klatch, nice pool, and many more activities. My dad enjoyed his time there.

Friendly and helpful neighbors. Beach is close as well as Clearwater and Tarpon Springs . The little downtown area of Dunedin is quaint and has great shops and food. The mobile park is just very close to everything ...
