Great park great place to liveA little gem!!

It is lovely. The homes on the water are dream homes with boating access with both the Intercoastal and the Gulf. For us it was not affordable.

Great resort and great people. I want to come back. Quiet, serene and plenty of good times. Great location.

We had a nice visit with Lynne Jelinek who took the time to answer our many questions and show us Grand Bay! We were very impressed and intend to look into this further!!

Very clean and has many activities. A real plus is that the pool is heated, for early morning excersise class. Came in handy for the cold snap we had too.Its close to a reasturant to walk too.

Location, location, location. Very nice MH community in Dunedin, right off of the Pinellas Bike Trail. Ask Lynne to set you up with a beautiful home.
