Rent very reasonable. Great group of people from all over, lots of things to do. Clean well cared for homes. Close to everything especially down town Dunedin. Toronto blue Jays. New stadium, spring training starts Sunday.

Great 55+ mobile home park. Weve been here since 1998, and rent our unit for the winter months then come back in April.

Everybody gave my uncle and me dirty looks I dont know if it was the color of my skin or they couldnt understand the fact that I was driving a brand new $100,000 vehicle I think it was both nobody said anything but you can look at their faces and know what they was thinking, so my uncle decided to get a condominium Clearwater Beach area, us American Indians dont complain like others do we just mind their own business

Love visiting my friends here. I really like their heated pool. So cool to swim in winter time. :)

I visited my best friend Anne. Her coach was beautiful and spacious. The community was clean and welcoming. I will definitely return someday.
