Been riding seriously for about a year now and I can’t believe I hadn’t been here until today. The bmx track is very smooth and the entire place is well maintained. Flow trails are amazing!

Best all around biking area in Des Moines -- bmx pump track, 3 great flow trails, one with many jumps as well as several singletrack trails in the woods. Well maintained by CITA with new features including two wooden burns added last month. Check it out for yourself!

Great little spot to ride. My son and I had a blast. Theyve got trails for all ages.

Very nice park. The trees are pretty this time a year. There are a lot of fun thing for kids to play on. Certain times of year they have soap box derby.

Very nice views great place to chill take the dogs for a walk and kids to play loved the view did I say that lol

Hidden gem of hiking/mountain biking trails, good restrooms, good parking.
