One of my favorite places to visit in Des Moines! A rich history of the state and great historical perspectives of Iowa High School activities!

New volleyball display is amazing as are videos displayed in the 360 room. Hall of Pride is a fun interactive way to learn about Iowa.

There are better museums out there but this one is worth visiting to learn about Iowas finest athletes. If you have a couple of hours to burn, check this place out!

Its not that clear where to park and it is expensive. I parked at the lot north two blocks and it was quite a ways to walk. The price was $8. I was there to see my granddaughter competition dance at Hy-Vee Hall. That was great the building was excellent.

Went on a field trip with my 4th grader. Was my first time and I loved it! The kids loved the coins for the arcade games in the back.

The staff are rude. Facility needs to be cleaned horribly. Only decent spot in it is the bathroom.

The Hall is ok, but theres a lot of walking and elevators can be difficult to find for those needing one.

I would say it was not Iowas best effort. Some of the interactive exhibits did not work properly. It seemed a bit thrown together.
