Great park right on the intracoastal in Delray. Early mornings are best. Parking gets difficult in the afternoon

Decent little inlet park. Nothing special that I can think of but nothing bad either. Seems to have tennis club, kids playground, dock for chartered ship, parking, ample walking trails and space. I’m sure I’m missing something... In a nutshell: it’s fine

A great location for a park, unfortunately power hungry politicians have wrapped seating in temporary fencing. Delray beach has had multiple city managers in recent years, obviously the city is run by idiots.

Ive been going to that park for over 20 years Veterans Park has changed from everything till nothing in it to everything in it festivals you will love that drink Spark Its a family day out just got to school there its got a playground there its got everything you would ever need it even got Botox you can go out on a tourism boat for 6 hours and dinner right down the intercoastal look at the pictures of those big boat that doesnt cost that much its an expensive Veterans Park is the number one parking Delray to catch the cruise ships all the way down the intercoastal for 6 hours dinner and the Sun Knight and Sunrise and Sunset Tours God Bless America and God bless Veterans Park

Veterans Park has changed over the 50 years I have been in Palm Beach County. I was there for the St. Patricks Day 50th Anniversary Parade. I had been in a few Delray Beach parades years ago having lived in Delray Beach on 4 different occasions. Its a great city.

One of my fav places. i would take my lil girl there every week for years. its calm .clean. a wonderful place for all to enjoy. but i have seen the usual homeless,drunk or druggies around still. that can be a turn off for families, kids etc.and they really need to do something about the bathrooms.

Small little park by the side of the intracostal. Because Lady Atlantic is parking right next to it, you can see her most of the time.The park has a few swings for the smaller ones, an area for a small band to play, a few benches.I find it sad that the actual monument to the soldiers is not really the center of the park but rather on the side where most people dont ever notice it (its Veterans Park for a good reason).Very convenient public bathrooms in the North of the park (unfortunately only 1 stool per sex).This park is a much welcome distraction from busy Atlantic Ave.

We go EVERY Saturday with my twins. Great park, play, pavilion and we watch the boats come in Lady Atlantic and Lady Delray. SO much fun

Went to the monthly Orchid Society meeting there. A nice clean room we use. I noticed people exercising, others playing a lawn game. A beautiful spot on intracoastal.

Directions park for 25 years I am 48 years old Ive noticed they put in the cruise ships I noticed that Merrill Lynch was there I noticed shes got a very wonderful shopping mall they have a brand new playground for kids they also do concerts and festivals that you cant help but walk through and see beautiful boats on the intercoastal they have benches where you can sit down and see the intercoastal they have BBQ where you can BBQ there they had Botox where you can dock your boat for the afternoon God bless Veterans Park and what they do for the city of Delray

This is my favorite area downtown. Parking is free, and you can start here to walk the entire ave. Right next to Ocean One, great park on the water.

Wonderful for childten and adults alike BUT but mensroom needed attention. Puddle adjacent to toilet, plaster missing from wall.

The playground is fun for the kids, but the restrooms look like in the third world countries!

Great park. Open to public. Lots of activities. They loaned us equipment and we played lawn bowling and had a great time. Friendly staff.

Gorgeous place for a walk or a picnic. They also have boat cruises. There is a playground too!

This is a nice clean park off of Atlantic Avenue. Its along the intercoastal there is lots of Green Space lots of palm trees bathrooms and a pool playground for kids 9 and under. There is also swings and a gazebo and some places to hangout plus computer watch The Boats go by so its a nice safe spot to be. Also a very very short distances to all the restaurants.

Great park. On the intracoastal. Should note the homeless population that stay in the back, but keep to themselves. Does not take away from the rating of the park to me.

Great spot to walk along the water

Very beautiful and near lots of shops, restaurants and cafes. Only reason not 5 stars is because everytime Im there I get stopped by someone asking for money at least three times. Other than that its a very peaceful place to be.

Holy homeless people. Luckily, I favor homeless people so Im rating this park highly. Also I saw boats and I like boats.

Didnt see even one veteran there besides me.. Too bad it is not a fitting tribute to vets... They need to do more here.

Nice place to take the family with nice views. This park is located right on the Intracoastal so you can see the boats go by and the bridge go up. There is a new playground which kids can spend hours on. Also a gazebo and a grassy area. There is a sign that says dogs are not allowed however we often see dogs their. This means you should be careful in the grass as there could be dog poop. The bathrooms are kind of run-down and are a part of the Veterans building. Definitely use hand Sandy and try not to touch anything.The park is right off Atlantic so you can find yourself walking down the app to find other things to do like eating or drinking. It has its own parking lot which can be packed that time so be prepared to wait if you dont find one immediately. This park is also walking distance from the beach if you desire. As well there are restaurants right under the bridge but you can walk to without getting too far from the park.

Its a great intercoastal park to hang out at. It wouldve gotten 5 stars if it werent for the drunks and drug addicts that hang out there. They scare people with kids away. Other than that. I like sitting by the waters, its peaceful.

It was okay. Very kid friendly and nice view of water.

Very nice park. Great for families. Very clean. Calm safe part. Sunday at 11 am they even have a Narcotics Anonymous meeting. Very small meeting so can use your support. Also yacht tours are docked there. Tours start at $25.00. Great morning fun. Take the kids or grab a book and go enjoy yourself.

Nice park w/ some undesirables that wander through at times. A few local rehab facilities add to the amount of people in the park w/ occasional drug paraphernalia in the mulch.Watch your kids & check the equipment & youll have a great time here.

A beautiful park in a very central location in downtown Delray Beach. Right on the intercoastal with great views. Good parking and a lot to do in the close proximity of the park.

Such a beautiful little park located right by the draw bridge off Atlantic. Quiet and on the water. Little gazebo and a foot path around. Close to food and entertainment.

Small not much for the kids to do..they got bored fast..and at certain times of the day the park itself can become rather hot..the slides the swing and set of the bars were extremely hot

Ive been going to this park every since Ive been a little kid, now Im taking my niece and nephew, an its remodel an very different but its nicer than when I was a child.

The DBPD is chasing the homeless out of the park with no back up plan of where these people should go. Cedar Sinai comes to the Park on Sundays with hot coffee, sandwiches and snacks. This week there were only 3 people brave enough to go to the Park. The city also recently closed the caring kitchen leaving the homeless hiking from one end of the city to find the church feeding one meal a day. This is tra estoy. When are we going to take care of our own citizens? #DelrayBeachEcoviiage is necessary. Follow SEATTLE and RICHMOND, please.

Thank the Lord! The new pirate ship play set is up and ready for everyone. Live the breeze here! The park is nicely placed by the water, but jeep an eye on your little ones. There isnt much to keep them from falling in the IWC.
