Basically, its a neighborhood playground with a small parking lot and a separate wild scrub area with three trail loops, one paved, the other two mainly sand. The total trail distance must be around a half.mile. The scrub is high,dense and bland, with obscured views though chain link fences to railroad tracks, backyards and car dealerships. The traffic noise from US Route One dominates. Theres a pavilion next to the playground with some benches, but it often seems occupied by smokers and shabby loiterers. Closed from dusk to dawn with a locked gate
