One of the best places around Florida. Delray Beach is the most beautiful town.... People is so kindly. Youll feel safe and happy.

Its a parking disaster on a Sunday around 2 because of the Volleyball court directly across. People loose all sense of courtesy and remember, no matter how tempting it may seem to pop the curb and park on the grass.. Dont do it! They will make you pay heavily for that...and they do check in their golf carts...keep going to Sandoway if its full or just sit still...be safe and patient.

Always come to this part of the beach. Parking isn’t always easy, but it’s always worth it. I love the little walk from the park to the beach and thoroughly enjoy spending time with my friends soaking up rays while they play volleyball.

Nice beach with a good crowd. Volleyball courts are in great shape. Did some snorkeling out by the buoy and found some good shells and saw some fish.

Great quiet place to see the Atlantic. Sandoway is right across the street. Kites are beautiful and there every weekend.

People is so kind, youll feel safe and happy but the place was too crowd sometimes.

I go here for the Sun rises ALLOT! Theres NOTHING like watching the Lord work in action and being blessed to have another moment alive!

Great little park for small kids and families to play on the play set or hangout on the grass picnic tables or use the grills for lunches.. There are public bathrooms an outdoor shower and a vending machine for drinks. Parking down below is pay park but less than the beach parking...

Good, small park with ample parking.

Terrific place to take the family for a day outdoors. There is a playground, a jogging path, and lots of covered places where folks were celebrating birthdays.

Nice park but unfortunately there are some annoying regulars who go there and think they own the place.

One of my favorite beaches in all South Florida. Wide, relaxing, usually good crowd and low noise level (a good escape from busy beaches in SoFlo) Great close parking options and walking distance to nice restaurants.

Small and quiet with great access to the water. Great for kids and maybe small dogs.

Anchor park is convenient to a very nice Beach. Parking by meter runs about $1 / hr. Have to walk across road for Beach access. Life guards and showers all along Beach. Safe, secure, family and dog friendly area. Gets real crowded in winter .

Great place to come to the beach and have fun. You can play volleyball ball at more than eight nets.

Love this place! Come here often. Service is always polite and professional. Food is SO good. Very authentic. Prices are very appropriate. Highly recommend the saganaki for an appetizer. Awesome gyros, fantastic fish. Really cant go wrong here.

This is a nice quiet beach in Delray Beach. There are lifeguards on duty. Across the street there is a facility for changing. A parking is reasonable on the street for $2 for an hour and a half.

Beautiful views breezes... Had a picnic. Watched surfers. Met a lot of nice folks visiting.

Always clean restrooms. Kids like the playground. Although, they could really use swings. They have the space for it too.Great place to go if you want to do a little beach and then playground with the kids.

I go to Anchor park when I want to go to the beach. I like to park their. They have metered parking where you use a credit card and you pay about $1.75 per hour and then parking is free after 8 oclock p.m. but usually the park closes at Sun down. So in the Winter time its best to park in the side streets. Anchor park also has a soda machine bathrooms picnic tables and plenty of parking. So I like it a lot

Great park directly across from the beach, grills to cook-out, benches, and lots of parking. We go there, cook, walk over to the beach, while our car is safely parked. We always enjoy our time there.

The beach there is nice for active people. Lots of volley-ball courts and nearly always people ready to play (except when its windy).The beach is within walking distance of a few restaurants on Federal/Atlantic Ave.Always clean as far as I know.Always pay for parking as they come VERY often to check on the meter.

Its a nice beach... relatively clean, parking rates are reasonable. My biggest complaint is the availability of umbrellas. I suggest bringing your own

Beach Tennis with Michelle and Marios was wonderful. I wish the city would allow more courts.

Nice small park with bathroom and easy access to the beach. You will need to cross A1A to get to the beach. There is a great parking lot which is paid for of course. The parking Times Are From Dusk until dawn. The walk to the beach is minutes.

Park and walk ...park and ride ....park and walk your dog....its a great place to start your walk in the morning to the North End and then back.

Decently sized park not too much space to do much though. Great place t bring kids foe a small amount fun.

Great place to park for larger vehicles such as suvs and pick up trucks. Anchor park also has a playground for small children and easy beach access for volley ball. The pay rate is 1.50 per hour at pay station.

The parking lot needs to be redone the asphalt has holes everywhere and they charge you for parking doesnt make sense to have a ugly parking lot but they charge you for parking

Its the southernmost Delray Beach parking lot for the beach with a small park area that has a couple of benches. There is metered parking. It has bathrooms giving it 5 stars.

They lock the gate here at 8.15 pm and it is still not dusk here like the sign says when they are supposed to lock the gates.They should fire the guy who locks cars in here . Not a good place to park to go to the beach.Another reason I dont like this place to much is every time I go here on the weekends to the beach you can not get a parking space.It is always sold out of parking spaces unless you go at an odd time like right before it get dark and the parking lot is ready to close you will then find one as everyone is leaving and you will have to because the park will be closing.I would go up to Lake worth if you want to go to beach because it is easier to find an empty parking space at busy times like on the weekends when everyone is at the beach..
