Love the new updated features by the city. New side walk. 2 new hits for relaxation from the sun. Basketball courts always a favorite too. New mulch and clean area for kids. Not the best surrounding area, as homeless populate the surrounding areas where families come to picnic and host family functions and things of the like!

The park is overall decent, although needs maintenance. The kids section especially.I would visit again only for the basketball court.Baseball court is in good condition as well.

During my visit I saw more drug deals then children. The upside was that I did see a couple in a nice Escalade bring in lunch for the homeless.

We had a nice time at the rec center. This was apart of our family reunion experience. My cuz did an awesome job!
