Beautiful weather for a nice socially distanced walk.

This is a very large and beautiful park. The nature trail is cool. Please watch put for frogs as a young nature person is warning is. There is a huge soccer field. There is a shaded picnic area. Nearby is a very fun play structure for the kids. A nice wide bike/walking path takes you to the rest rooms. Along the way you pass by the big pond. There I a lot of room to run around and play. Definitely, stay out of the pond. And be gentle if you find a frog. Another great Davis park.

The park feels bigger than expected, and the pond decks feel cozy and a bit secluded. The soccer field is large and has a comfortable feel to it, surrounded by trees. Two playgrounds on either side. Lovely choice for a running game, day with the family, or sweetheart picnic. I brought my book and relaxed - perfect setting for it.

Good park, it’s connected to the greenbelt so you can easily go for a nice walk or run from there! There’s lots of green grass and open areas here too!

Great park on the north side of Davis. One of my favorite spots to ride my bike through. Connects to a lot of bike paths.

Perfect natural place into the city. There are a lot of birds. Playground and open spaces are so funny.

I think the bagels are great, but Im not a New Yorker. They do often run out of some varieties so you may need to get there early to get what you want.

Nice place to go for a stroll. Lots of green space for your dog. Bring a picnic blanket at night to go for a stargaze but remember to bring bug spray. Theres lots of mosquitos at night.

Expansive green area with a multitude of outdoor uses. Two playgrounds, multiple soccer fields, walking paths, contemplative dirt pathways, and even a pond surrounded by reeds and a diversity of amphibians and birds.While the lone bathroom makes sense the lack of additional drinking fountains is a little odd.

Wandered through this park a few days ago and it was quite cute and pleasant. It has a decent trail and a quaint pond in the middle of it. The park connects to many parts of the neighborhood, and seems like the perfect way to sneak in an after work bike ride. Its well lit and has a good deal of wild life. It has some good peace of mind to it and is in the middle of the suburbs. From an outsiders perspective its a very decent neighborhood park.

Very clean, very peaceful, and lots of people with their puppies/doggies. Very California-esque, haha. Im from Las Vegas and the parks over there and nowhere near as big and beautiful as this.

Beautiful park in the green belt system which is the only redeeming quality I can perceive of in a terribly boring town aside from voting yes on every education tax put before the citizens, the latter of which Im a benefactor of.

Nice place to spend some time with family. Playground is good enough, a nice pond, and a soccer field.

I love this park. Last summer I broke my foot and had a knee walker to roll around on the greenbelt. I would walk 2-4 miles everyday. I realized how bad the greenbelts in Davis are for people that need assistance and/or use wheeled devices. Bicycles as well. The asphalt has big cracks, and bumps made by tree roots. I almost fell down several times during my walks with wheels. I think it is tricky using a wheeled device if you dont pay close attention to the terrain. A level stretch of cement is located North of Sandpiper, Covell Drainage Channel that runs about 3 blocks. Can be accessed on Sandpiper Drive on the East end at the curve. It would be great for all if our greenbelt paths could be made with cement.

Two large soccer fields very well maintain fields.If soccer fields are not in use great place to play Frisbee or just kicking the ball around, nice place to picnic and lay around in the grass.There is also a walk way around the pond area.

The place is beautiful and it has a nice long walk with great view. Will not regret going there I promise.
