My husband and I enjoyed walking around the Bee gardens, even though it was very dry and windy today. I was happy to see that certain plants are being watered to keep some blossoms going for the resident bees. The kiwis are full of fruit. We are looking for inspiration for our yard in woodland..to nurture bees and humming birds and butterflies/moths.

Lovely spot that I found by accident while riding my bicycle. Gardens with all kinds of plants that bees love. Especially liked the colorful signs with pictures to educate you as to the importance of bees and what is planted.

Due to being a learning park, there is a wonderful plant selection to study for their relationship with pollinators. However, bees are quite active, my sister got stung even though she truly is an extra calm walker. She doesnt regret the sting, and we will be returning again.

The bee biology labs and art department created this garden that feeds the bees. It also used very little water. It is a great place to see drought tolerant plants and different bees. Bees are friendly and fun to watch.

Excellent outdoor garden space with meandering paths and benches to sit and enjoy the surroundings.Clearly explained signs provide excellent information about each of the plants and the roles they can play in the life of bees. Additional informational signs give a great overview about bees and how to provide space in your home garden for them too.
