So I am going to share my review bc I have lived here for 15 yrs. These reviews giving 1 star I have never heard of. First let me say we have a good community, family setting. The management will work with u if u need it. Neighbors are friendly n helpful to you. Its just a great park to live.

Great place to live, very quiet, and ownership has always been good at responding to any issues.

Most well kept mobile home park in the Davenport area, management is welcoming and helpful in all situation involving the park. I would recommend to all of my family and friends that are looking into staying at a mobile home park. Wood Dale is a perfect place for families and is a safe environment.

Seen a flyer posted this morning on bulletin board in local area. Can’t agree with this business or the business it supports the pizza joynt in Milan. Both owners are good friends and trying to cover up illegal activity’s based on videos facts and legal work I seen beware! THANKS for info too who ever put on board. its GOOD STUFF!

I think its funny that all the 1 start reviews all use the same type of slang and same words. My daycare lady lives here which means my children 9,4,1 are here 5 days a week. I love this community, I feel that it is perfectly safe for them. I myself actually tried buying a trailer in that park but, due to credit, was unable to. Sue is the sweetest lady you could ask for to deal with. Honestly all the bad reviews are just to make it look like they are bad all because someone was evicted and they got butt hurt and are trying to retaliate. Kind of pathetic actually

Nice wooded area. Park is very quiet. I am thinking of buying a home here. Nice concrete streets. Have heard nothing but good things about this park.

As if the park wasn’t already doing lease breaking and very questionable things but now they have an active day care business being operated out of the mobile home park! Now I’ve seen it all next there will be a bar restaurant and pharmacy in woodale. Pretty sure the city will wanna hear about this

How can every poor review this park gets be fake??? Sounds like there’s some major issues with owners and management. People are Entitled to there thoughts opinions and reviews I’ve been here and the park is in need of attention the roads are messed up lots of open lots, large dogs and broke down cars on premises. The trailers for sale here are way over priced in a low quality community. It’s a shame when all responses to negative reviews are demanding short aggressive and just out right not appropriate! Suggest you reflect upon your park, the management, and yourself to fix your issues. The only thing that sounds FAKE here is owners responses to negative reviews!!! I would not recommend this mobile home park to anyone! JUST LIKE A LOW QUALITY OWNER TO MAKE EXCUSES FOR HAVING POOR MANAGEMENT AND OVER PRICED HOMES. YOUR RESPONSES ARE WORTHLESS MEAN NOTHING TO MYSELF AND OTHERS MY REVIEW IS 100% TRUTHFUL THIS PARK IS A MESS PHYSICALLY AND MANAGEMENT AND OWNERS ARE LOW QUALITY. I couldn’t live no where near this park! It is Kennedy, kibling, minarsich, invested eye sore. Narcotic addicted couple who maintain eyesore of pizza establishment in Milan. They are Horrible parents who have never had custody or raised there own kids yet claim to run a family friendly business. Low quality people in a lower quality community owned by the lowest quality people around. Owners of a low class eye sore pizza establishment live here even though the have been evicted in past and have multiple felonies on there record. You can see them on YouTub acebook and tweet. My grandparents have lived here as long as I can remember. We moved into there house about 7 years ago and we love it here Don and Sue are so nice and so are the neighbors. The only thing is that the park doesnt have a curfew so sometimes at night in the summer at like 10:00 there are children screaming and playing. And we live right behind it.

Love the fact they will literally lie, commit crimes, evict, people/ families to sell trailers to previously evicted felony thieving addicted to all people. Awesome! I think it’s hilarious that the management and owners have no idea what there doing and are willing to give any one with a name good bad legally evicted from here or anywhere a chance. The park here is awfully great to all who have money and same skin pigment regardless of character actions or reliability. Any name or background will work come on in. Plus they have a great day care for all our kids! I’m fool time parent and raised all my kids and my mans. They all went to daycare here at wooddale mobile home park daycare and landscaping. Greatest parties and fights in town I hear. Can’t watch the party and be them lol!

Im not sure how anyone can proudly live in a trailer park with so many issues going on. Its seems a lot of the issues are with the management . The trailer park is a mess, with only a few good looking trailers (the ones they keep close to the road for everyone to see.) When you drive in and see for yourself you will know . The people they allow at the trailer park are always of a certain race or they find some way to not let you in. I wouldnt waste your time like I did. Not a good place to raise a family or to live., ...,.............................. Wow... last time I checked Google reviews were for the public to have a voice about how they think and feel about the place of business you own etc. As anyone reading this can tell you are someone I would never want to deal with, and your lack of respect for someones opinion shows enough. If you have a problem about how your business is being seen maybe take the time to work on yourself and your business instead of attacking others for there opinions on a public site. So I will not take down my post or my opinion . Enjoy the new year .

Its a fantastic place to live and the office people are super nice i have lived here for about a year and ive had a great experience with the park and management .. sue is a sweet lady and they will make time for you... super quiet and i aint seen no kids runing around yelling like other reviewers say .. a pool would be awesome with community room pool table area etc

Park is a plane eye sore. Not a family friendly or kid safe community! This park is very low quality its owners, maintenance, and management are prejudice and lousy!!! Find a neighboring park to live in if looking for a place to call home because this one is a wreck!

Ive lived here for over a year now and have great neighbors. Don & Sue who manage the park are fantastic! If you have a problem they will so all the can to help. Just good, great people.Always going above & beyond.

A Reyes gots great videos on you tube take a look . place is the worst trailer park in Davenport horrible managers even worse owners. Go any where else this park is not for kids or familys horrible place steer clear of this place

Was not totally sure how to rate this. Inside roads need some work. Some places need work.They have alot of rules and regulations enforced to try to enforce a well kept home setting.

These people are very low quality management and owners. Have seen them try to take several homes from good familys. There prejudice and the rules and lease only applys to who they choose not a kid or family friendly place. Dont waist your time here over priced trailers in a very low quality community old men video taping kids and yard work till 3am no place to be iv heard horrible things about this park owners and employees zero stars is needed as a raiting

Very peaceful and quiet place everytime we go to visit family there especially since the owners evicted the nuisance and disrespectful neighbor...

Seen videos read the descriptions on you tube feel sorry for you A Reyes cant believe this park alows that kind of activity this and the pizza establishment are both horrible people and bad business owners

Fun laughter stars and some where you can call yr home ..and yr children are safe and know when its time to come home..i love the bekkum and Sims that live there..god bless amen

Shity trailer rented one years ago didnt like management

Roads untouched by blows lots of bumps poor lighting garbage cans in the street only came for a visited couldnt imagine living there.

Im told that the management may not always be easy to deal with.

Not a place for me and I wouldnt recommend to anyone!
