I do like it out here. It is quiet, I dont have to worry about break ins, and the kids love the school they go to. Not to mention lot rent is cheap. But yes like was said in another review I dont trust the water all that much so we got a top of the line softener and reverse osmosis system for drinking. Other then that no complaints

While its a decent place, you need to be very careful driving through as it has numerous large potholes everywhere. Poorly plowed and poorly salted. The entire drive throughout needs to be redone.

If you want to live here, prepare to buy bottled water to drink every week, be a decent with fixing things around the mobile home, and a decent car you dont mind replacing shocks and struts on every once in awhile. There has been a giant pothole at the entrance to the park for ten years and we just stop asking management to fix it because we knew his answer will be eventually. We asked for a paved driveway. Management said theyd get to it. 13 years later it still hasnt been done. There is a sort of a community outreach here in the park and if you have children prepare for the school system to be prejudicial towards them regardless of your income. All in all not a good place to live unless you just need a roof over your head. Then its okay.

Need to fix potholes on roadways have been the same big potholes for over 7 years

I am hearing reports of bad water there. 2 wells and 1 is bad. Big pot holes needing fix that have been turned in numerous times. I like the place but needs more management.
