I wouldn’t choose any other trailer community other than yes communities. Very beautiful homes. Management is great as well. They also have a very safe community for kids to grow up in. Homes are well worth the price I truly love yes communities!

The manager there put an order out tow my vehicle towed after only being at a residence for a total of 5 minutes trying to do a plumbing repair. I had made attempts to stop the process and ended up being injured. If this is the way that they run their communities I would not live here to save my life. Thank God I do have a home already as this would be the last place that I would want to be considering the woman that runs the show. This woman is a complete joke and has no regard for anyone at all. She has no compassion and as far as I know she harasses most of her residents in that location. Its unfortunate that a community that looks like it could be a good place to live has such a horrible person that manages for that company. This vehicle was definitely targeted because I have several pictures of other vehicles that were at the location on the street parked and they werent touched for over 3 hours that I was there dealing with the problem waiting for the police officers to come. I would seriously reconsider going anywhere else until this woman no longer has a position with this company.

I lived there for 13 years, there not very helpful, dont fix up the places. Seems they only care about money. Would not recommend to live there

I am sure a lot of good people live here, too bad the few that are not and the management make it trash

Pam and her partner are very sweet ...I had a great experience getting approved not only did she skip lunch to help me she stayed late to make sure I was approved they put me in a very nice place ...the maintenance man Boomer was very quick and efficient I have only lived here for 3 weeks but so far Im very impressed thank you five seasons for all your help

Great experience here at Five Seasons. I have lived here a year now and really love it! Quiet and clean with very nice neighbors.

The mobile home park is clean. Staff is friendly. They were very helpful in answering questions and helping me view available properties.

I met Ms.Pam yesterday and she was a very friendly woman. I was telling my husband if her crew members were just like her, we would be just fine. We talked about a lot and she was very helpful! Honest and fair! We are looking to move one soon! But before we did we got to see one of the faces of the place. Thanks for a great experience!Lol #QueenSheep

They have recently chosen to restrict allowable dog breeds. No pit bulls. They allow neighbor kids to go through other peoples lots during summer making racket.... Dont live there.

Roads in the park are crumbling. Numerous large potholes.

Moved in within 24 hrs of turning in application maintenance always nice and available at any time without complaint has pool and park ive had no problems living here :)

I love the homie touches but the trailors need some work. 5 rooms are on 1 cercuit breaker, furnace is next to a bed room instead of being somewhere where ppl dont have to yell to be heard. water heater is un accessible incase it breaks down. there needs to be some kind of maintenance in the trailor park to help repair the trailors that people are renting. its easy work im 27 and i can do it my self. no i dont have a degree but i grew up building houses and other aspects. i dont kow the rules and regulations of the trailors but what if something breaks down or breaks. ( example ) buddy of mine stove is broken and now cant use oven due to the know completely broke off. garbage disposal comepletely rusted out. dishwasher not able to use. it shouldnt be the attendents responsibility to repair items especially those who cant afford it. i know several people that pay bills and all their money goes towards rent, bills, and lot. they cant afford new accessories like a new stove or dishwasher or garbage disposal.point being theres got to be some kind of maintenance there. heard they did an excellent job plowing the snow and were nice enough to plow a few drive ways. neighborhood is friendly and has a few brand new trailors up for rent.

Office help is hard to get ahold of but very quiet place to live. Includes a park and pool . Also has events in the park

So far I have seen nothing good from living here. We were lied to from the start about everything. I have text and recordings to prove that. I document every thing due to past experiences and this is by far the worst Ive had to deal with. Continually getting slapped with more things that we supposedly have to pay for. Are they pocketing some of this money or what? Charged for things that are specificly written that we dont have to pay more for. Someone definitely needs to look into what this place is doing to people as if everyone is forced to hand over as much money to them as possible.

HORRIBLE management. The manager here is trying to screw us over on moving out by dragging her feet (for over 2 months) supposed to close on new house (thankfully out of this place) in less than 24 hours and now she just called to say we have more hoops to go through that she just found on then 24 hours after we hope through this hoop we should be good.

Very rude and very controlling staff had kids Trying to steal my car that lived in the park nosey neighbors. Staff plays favoritism allows certain people to have any breed / size dog including pitbull or great Dane. While others heave to abide by their rules. Garbage people who pick up you tash throw your trash cans around leaving them how ever they want caught guy Woking there peeking in my window. We moved out fast. Allows certain people to work on their cars in the park but not others. They have workers will live there also who make there own rules.. Very disappointed in this place. Also theres a bad Roach problem there.

I have lived here for seven years this time around. Nice quiet community

Lived here since November of 2000. The rent used to be $160 back in the 1990s when my uncle lived here. We moved into his place when he died in 2000 and they jacked up the rent 3 times more than what was they were allowed to. The residents hired a lawyer but they said they were charging us for the garbage fee now so they got to keep all their money. So we went from 160 to 240 to 380 and has been going up since, It is now $423. Last year it was $408.38. There was no improvements done to this place. They replaced the leaking pool in 2002 but that was it and installed cheap plastic white fence around the place. The assistant manager we have now is a big b*tch we have now who used to manage Lakewood Estates. They were going through peoples yards on the 16th of Feb. I think they were doing yard inspections to start sending out notices for a money grab. I would advise people to go to Wood Dale which is close by. At least their rent is only $348 and you get free water and sewer. Here its $80 a month extra through american water and city of Davenport for the sewer plus your lot rent. They will also hand out eviction threats if your 10 cents short on your rent payment by accident. I cant wait to finally get the hell out of this hell hole place.

Management keeps screwing us over on lot rent to the point that our Mortgage is getting paid late. Neighbor kids shouting obscenities and talking about beating up homeless people in a park full of 10 and younger kids and the office wont do anything about it. This place used to be nice... but it seems theyve let the trash move in and hired them to run the place as well.

Quiet mobile home community. Not enough space for parking.

Too many hidden fees, gold key inspections to snoop through your house to charge you more fees, rent overall is very high, no lawn service available for renters, make you cut your own grass and if you wait too long they get people to cut your grass and charge you $250.00 extra in rent, in short... not enough bang for your buck

The workers go in ur yard they act like they look for stuff in ur yard...But I caught them looking in my windows and listen to what I was saying...they spy on YOU...creepy and illegal...Im documenting then going to court...I DONT recommend this place...
