Fun place near bars and restaurants in the the downtown

Highly disappointed. I thought it was going to be more of a sight. Giant eyeball thats all it is, literally. It is nice to come across randomly but not to drive out to it. The walk down the way would have been better but the sidewalks smell so much like pee.

Beautiful art. I gave it 4 stars only because you can’t get close to it, it’s closed off with lots of “No trespassing” signs.
