A nice little park. Curbside parking is hard, but keep going ahead you can park at a small church.Enjoyed seeing the houses in the neighborhood, very nicely designed beautiful houses. More attracted by the houses than the park.
One of the most unique and Brilliant spots in the Dallas area!!It won an international award for Park design back in the day.The Poetry along the staircases is absolutely unique!!!At the top of the hill (which has a strong Power as it must be along the Ley Lines) people who are very clever set up a sundial/calendar and also managed to create a sound chamber with echoes and reverb!
Good, clean, nice paths. Almost zero parking (4 car spaces). Either walk or park around the corner. Residents/local laws prohibit parking nearby, be aware.
Great place to get away and be self-absorbed in your own thoughts (can be wet but never muddy)... I go early or mid-day...take my dog, and go sit at a bench and just watch the morning unfold. When I need an extended walking moment, there is a hidden path. Be respectful because of the neighborhood and come out feeling accomplished!
Like everyone else said: parking was scarce, so walk if you can. Apart from that, it was clean and well maintained, with plenty of shady and sunny spots to choose from.
Lovely place to take a walk, of have a picnic with your family
Good but no much parking space
I love this park. Its one of the best kept secrets in the area. Very peaceful and tranquil.
Love this park. My boyfriend and I found it randomly while walking with our baby, its quiet, super chill, lots of different spots to it. Got great baby pictures out there!
Very nice, but only 5 parking spots, no street parking.
Very nicely made park with walking trail and big open field in the middle. There are parts of the trail that there are steps lined in what looks like marble but im sure its probably granite and each step has a famous, historical, and/or an inspirational quote etched into it. Also, at the top of one of the sets of steps the is a circular enclosed area that has a bunch of labeled time capsules. Some really unique features for a park to have.
Very cute relaxing little park. Its in a very nice neighborhood. There are about 5 parallel parking spots available and 1 additional one that is for accessible parking only. Perfect place to just sit out and read a book and enjoy a beautiful day
Oasis amid chaos of modern life
Beautiful park but not enough parking
Small but pretty park. Very nice.
Small secret little park tucked away in a nice neighborhood in Addison. There is a nice open field surrounded by trees and a walking path. The stairs leading up to the sun dial have celestial themed quotes.
Great park, parking is very hard
Everyone talks about how quiet and uncrowded it is. There are four parking spaces. Five if you count handicapped. It will never be crowded unless all the people who live on it come out of their back doors at the same time. Great if you live on it or within walking distance. If not, not so much. But I suppose if you’re moderately wealthy that’s what you do. Let’s have some green space around our houses for the less financially equipped people to use. (Just not too many of them.)
Beautiful park, great places to sit and read.
Beautiful tucked away park located in a peaceful community with beautiful homes.
Very quaint small park. Well kept and perfect for romantic walks in the park. Not a lot of parking helps to insure the park is not ever crowded. My wife and I used to go on walks there when we first started dating. It will always be sentimental to me. No playground, no water features either, just a nice quiet oasis in the middle of the hustle of the North Dallas/Addison area.
Hidden gem. Poetry on the steps, a sun dial, open area. Not a lot if parking but perfect place for a quick picnic or a dig walk.

In the heart of Addison is an owasis. This green space is tucked into a high end neighborhood with green fields and tall trees. Be inspired by the walk around the park and read the text on the steps. Go when it is sunny and see the sun dial in action. Go at night and enjoy the calm and quiet walk.
Go there. Read.
Just an ok park. Nothing fantasy.
Limited parking and the trails are not long.
Beautiful park. I take my daughter there all the time to run around. Sometimes well have a picnic.
A good place to be
Peaceful cute little park...i love it!
Great place for walking and playing
Nice, clean open space to walk and play
Safe surrounding, neat and clean scenery, and quiet environment! Theres some shaded areas, so that helps with the heat.
Very nice place
Pretty hot and there is not much shade. No place to park.
Beautiful little park with a human sun dial feature and poetic quotes written in the stone steps.
Serene location in a beautiful locality.
Nice place to walk,to enjoy nature. Any time during day anyone can come and enjoy her/his day. Only think is missing is public washrooms and need to expand parking place.Sometime pets poop is not cleaned by there owners, that is a bad thing.Overall it is a very good place to relax with nature.
This park is great, if you can get one of the 5 parking spots. The entire neighborhood is dotted with beautiful “NO PARKING” signs. Which is understandable for the residents, but not so much if you want to take the kids. The grounds are well kept and we enjoyed walking around the park. It’s been decades since I was there last. Will go back again, just hope parking is a bit easier.
Pleasant and not too crowded. Its a small beautiful park.
Beautiful place for walks, pictures, ceremony, and more
Free wi-fi!!
Wonderful place to meditate and enjoy nature.
Very nice park. 100% recommend.
Beautiful little park with steps, lots of steps, that has passages from great poets and authors engraved on them. Its so cool. And so peaceful.
This is a great park to hang out at.
This quiet, neighborhood park is a great spot to sit and reflect on the beautiful surroundings. It features park benches, a jogging trail, drinking fountain, granite steps with celestial quotations and poetry leading up to a human sundial. Stand on the appropriate month-engraved stone in the middle of the sundial and your shadow will be cast onto the appropriate time-engraved stone.
I want to go back when I can find parking!
A quiet place for a peaceful walk in the park.
Fun place for pokemon go
Beautiful park to just go and relax it as I do workout. Peaceful and family friendly
Always love coming here. So peaceful & plenty of places to stroll about. Nice neighborhood around here to. If you do a bit of exploring, you can find a second trail that leads to a completely different park. :-)
Beautiful, open green space on top of a hill, secluded and surrounded by million dollar homes and upper class families. Safe, quiet, dog friendly and very peaceful. Highly recommended.
Really nice trail. There are tons of trees which makes the trail cooler . The air is always extremely moist. The neighborhood park is also dog and child friendly. The only reason why Im giving it a 4/5 is only because I wish the trail was longer.
Nice place to relax. It has wide paths for walking/running and a good size grassy area to play in.
The parks in Addison are the most beautiful and well taken care if I’m the metroplex. Visit any of them... they are all great.
Overall gorgeous! But no parking!
Its Okay. Not very big at all. I would recommend at least one visit. They do have free wifi. The biggest negative is the parking; difficult to find parking
Love the poetry, but it is not as beautiful as others described it. Is a very, very small park. You can walk from one end to the other in less than 2 minutes; probably 1 minute.
Very well kept small park in the middle of the city.
A beautiful inspiring place
Nice park to walk or jog in. With shade trees, benches, and water fountain. Squirrels chasing one another, people walking dogs, free Wi-Fi.
Beautiful Park! My favorite feature was the human sundial. It was accurate if you dont count daylight savings. Lovely homes near by to look at as well. Only drawback is there is very little parking (4 spaces adjacent to park). Signs indicate there is parking available on Beltline Road but that is a distance away. We parked at the White Rock Chapel but Im not sure thats encouraged or tolerated. Regardless, its a lovely little park. I will return.
Beautiful little park tucked in between expensive houses.
Beautiful park in my neighborhood
Tranquil well maintained city park in a nice neighborhood
Very nice place
Great little community park
Celestial park is a nice little place, were you can go take a walk and breath some fresh air in the middle of the Addison area. Park just outside the park is very limited, but you can park in the Addison administration south of Prestonwood Town Center, and take a small walk to the park. The park services the upscale Montfort community in Addison, but the landlords are rarely seen so its mostly enjoyed buy guys like me that just rent in complexes near the area.
Love this place for running
What a wonderful nice walk Great Park love the turtles
Great place for exercise, pets and enjoying the day.
Beautiful small tony peace of park
Peaceful day and night!
Great place to relax!!
Great for evening walk and jogging!
Absolutely beautiful park tucked in the middle of a stunning Addison neighbourhood
Very well kept. People actually pick up after their animals.
Good for walks, jogging, yoga exercise. Quiet
Enjoyed the park with my dog! Limited parking though
Great secluded open green space right in middle of Dallas.
Great place to start a walk with my dog
A very cool little park in a beautiful neighborhood.
Love this park. This is where I proposed to my wife 9 years ago :-)
Awesome place for work out fun and playing
Small quiet park. Good open space for activities.
Quite place and lush green lawns.
Very nice and clean location
Great for walks.
