Thank you John for the beautiful short time I had there. Definitely has an older crowd but thats whats beautiful about this place. The music, ambience, vibe is right. John paya attention to his customers. He asked for my taste in wines and was able to give me something good. I loved the orchid wine. I wish the wine serving was more tho lol.

This is a small caaual wine bar where wine is made on premise and you can buy glass or bottle. You have the option of making up your own wine to be bottled. There is also a small section for live music - jazz. They have a two item food menu - cheese plate or triscuits with cream cheese. Owner is very knowledgeable. Nice place to relax.

Stopped in for the first time last night and had an amazing experience. John is a fantastic host and the atmosphere was perfect. Definitely will be back.

Such a fun little hidden gem!! Not only did they have fantastic wine but we went there on a Friday and they had a psychic reader there, great date night! Prices were super reasonable for a Friday night bottle of wine was only 20$ (during happy hour)

John was an excellent host and I was not disappointed by the wine, even though Im not normally a wine drinker. He was patient and attentive and made some very good suggestions. I will definitely be back...Id like to come listen to some jazz at some point, so looking forward to that.

Called to inquire about a bridal shower and the owner suggested that I come check the place out. Drove all the way from Rowlett. When I walked in with my 3 year son, he approached us quickly asking if we wanted a quick bottle. He acted as if my toddler was some sort of monster that he must shoo away quickly! I told him that I was there to check the place out for our bridal shower. He pointed to a section with a few tables that was way too small for 30-40 guests. My sister took my son outside because he was obviously very uncomfortable with him. I understand that under 21 was not allowed but that was just ridiculous. The place is super small for any sort of party, it would be a nice cozy place for a date night but its totally not my forte. The patrons and owner seemed very snooty and I would certainly never return nor recommend to any of my friends/ family.

Awesome place with a great atmosphere! Did a wine tasting with John in December. I enjoyed it so much that I am now a club member. Type of place where you can make new friends or bring all your friends to relax and enjoy some good wine. David is amazing! Makes me.feel like Im at Cheers....where everybody knows your name! Will definitely keep going back!

Two corks and a Bottle was a planned stop for a friend’s Bachelorette party. Since they said they are open at noon I thought it would be a good place to start. We arrived at 12:20 p.m. and they were closed. No one was on site to be seen. Completely bummed out and very disappointed since they had such great reviews. We just had to move on to our next stop!

Great selection of wines and entertainment. Order food from a restaurant nearby and bring it in with you....or go fetch it while they watch your table for you. John and his crew really know how to take care of their customers. Highly recommend!!

I came her for my sisters bachelorette, and it was a genuinely fun experience! Great atmosphere, great people, and great wine.

Very nice environment on jazz night. Good service. They could use a better selection of sweets/bites if they chose to up that offer, but all around we had an awesome time. Highly recommend. Wine is great.

What an incredible place to meet your friends, old and new... Ive picked a few of the my favorite wines there and drop in whenever I can. I joined the wine club there and am always surprised to get my free bottle of wine every month. I order their wonderful gift baskets for my clients and I have never had a bad comment form any of them. The owners take the time to enjoy their customers, even when all of their seats are taken.Several of the local eating establishments cater to you while you enjoy your friends and wine. Ive made this one of my favorite go to places to enjoy a pleasant evening! You have to try this!

I had a great time on my first, definitely not my last, visit to Two Corks and a Bottle on Routh Street tonight. The atmosphere is inviting, the service is excellent and of course the wine is very nice. I enjoyed a red Cabernet called Liza, named after Liza Minnelli, so cute! I always describe why I like a dry Cabernet because of the smack as I call it but actually it is due to the tannin and the oak that give it a cotton dry texture to the tongue. Liza was smacky wonderful tonight! My friend Jennifer, myself and her friend enjoyed a nice cheese sampling, red velvet cake balls with our wine. The owners of this establishment make their own wines and have wine making classes, they can even create custom order labels for your wine. When you decide to visit make sure you check out the art, youll find many interesting originals and some that will tie you up! Youll have to post a note and tell me if you discovered what I mean about being tied up. :)~

Great for a casual date night or a more romantic evening. John is great at helping a virgin wine drinker find something they enjoy and the BYOS (bring your own snack) is an added perk if you dont want a full meal from the neighboring restaraunts.

Came in for psychic night and was pleasantly surprised at how delicious our wine samplings were. Gary and David made us feel so welcome. John on the other hand was a bit rude and decided to discuss us with other patrons/friends in the establishment. Not very professional. We stepped away from the place before our reading so my sister could smoke and she didnt want to offend or disturb the couple on the patio. We were openly scolded and then talked about with others. We thought we were doing a nice thing, but I did understand Johns concern, but just wished he had handled it differently. Beyond that minor issue, the place is fantastic!!! We had a wonderful evening.

My wife Ebone Dobson of Dobson Luxurious Travels is a local Travel agent in Cedar Hill Tx and our clients recently came in through a booked tour for her birthday and had a amazing time. They even sent me a great photo. The host even contacted me afterwards to see how they liked their experience. I will be coming this weekend for our anniversary, so that me and my husband can enjoy some time and a new experience. I look forward to my time here.
