Went in to get a club repaired. Guy at the club fitting desk made it seem like I was asking him to perform heart surgery. Went on to explain how it’s almost impossible to find the same PING shaft that they made two years ago and that if they were able to fix it was going to cost around $120 take about 45 days to get it back. That’s strange considering I bought my clubs there. Took my club to a local club repair shop, $40 and 3 days. I’ll shop here for the balls and the clothes but not much else.
This is the absolute worst customer service I have ever experienced in my life. I went in with the intention to try out two drivers and make a choice between the two. the salesman named Ben was horrible. he brought me only one ball to hit which I had to retrieve after every shot. he answered every question I asked by mumbling I dont know. he eventually just walked off while I was hitting. so I put the club down and went to speak to manager who was equally terrible. I was the only person in the store and could not get any attention or help from anyone. these people have no interest in making money and very obviously hate their jobs. this is the worst golf store in DFW. GO ANYWHERE BUT HERE! unless you enjoy anger and frustration. HORRIBLE HORRIBLE PLACE.
Sales were scarce but they had what I was looking for, so, good trip.
Customer service is terribleI was going to buy a new set of clubs from these folks until I called and got terrible service. This place is a joke. Asked to talk to the Manger, Derrick couldn’t even muster an I’m sorry after I detailed the failures of his staff in trying to connect me to the golf department. Just acted like nothing even happened.
Went to buy a full set of T100s an get my driver re gripped walked up to the counter to drop my driver off an the kid was rude right off the bat so I walked out I wont Be back ill go to the PGA superstore
Worst golf store. Looks good after moving to new location but they forgot to bring salespeople along. Been in store 3 times to buys clubs and there is not a sales person to be found. I recommend PGA Superstore since they have people who will answer questions and fir you with clubs. 3 times NO HELP. Never again Just saw your TV ad......Save your money and hire PEOPLE
Awesome experience, and very knowledgeable.
Bought used driver at store. Tried at least 6 drivers. Was helped to find the best new and used driver that I hit well. Ended with a great driver at good price. Was glad they took the time to get me in the best driver then worked with me to get the best deal.
Today Golf Galaxy restored my belief in retail salesman. I went in with a shoe cleat problem. And, they didnt try to sell me new cleats or new shoes...! Instead they helped me figure out that I wasnt replacing and turning the cleats I had the full 2-3 clicks they needed (that I bought at Walmart) (some turn 2, some turn 3 clicks). It FIXED my problem...!Golf Galaxy just won a new customer. I found a store I can trust...!!!
I just started going to this location a little over a month ago. Ive already been in a few times and all the employees has always been pleasant. Im in sales, so I appreciate great customer service. Two out of the three times Ive been here an associate by the name of Dale has helped me. Hes one of the nicest guys to deal with. Ill keep shopping here.
Its unfortunate that they have good variety of selection but have bad customer service. we went in to purchase men & womens golf club sets. We asked for assistance which they said they will call someone to the back, no one came for about good 15 minutes. Asked for assistance again and waited 15 more minutes, no one came.we ended up leaving. If they are busy and only specific people can help, they either need to hire more knowledgeable people or have sense of urgency and let customers know for how longer they might need to wait, not just leaving them there..
I clearly stated to the service counter that I wanted my driver head re-epoxied since it was slipping at the range. They charged me for it and when I picked it up they said we only replaced the ferrule because it didnt seem loose to us. When I tried to get them to do what I paid for, they said it would be 18$ when it clearly says on the sign Re-epoxy club head: $3.99Lazy and dishonest, I will take my clubs to a real golf shop.
I agree. Went in to get a club and no one helped. Good place for golf balls and tees but I am going to someplace else for clubs.
Worst customer service experience ever. Was told my wifes clubs would be ready on said date and they havent even started them. 2 regrips and a shaft replacement. Dropped the clubs off 5 days ago. Go to Dicks or a pro shop at a golf course.
If you like being ignored, then treated rudely to pay 20% more then this is your place. The old man in the back has no class or service skils.
I live an equal distance from this location to PGA Tour Superstore, and a Golfsmith. Yet I always seem to find myself going here. Jesse is a great guy, who loves the game and is very personable. If you can, get help from him. Never had a poor experience here. Just wish they had a larger selection of hats/visors. :)
I took a brand new and unused set of RocketBallz irons to Golf Galaxy to be re-gripped. When I picked them up the soles were all scratched up, the club faces were covered in grease and fingerprints everywhere. I am pretty upset about this poor attention to detail. I spent $100 and do not feel good about it.
Staff was helpful but they didnt have what I needed.
Customer service is a lost priority. Please find it again Golf Galaxy! Your store is great, as long as the customer doesnt need any assistance from your irritated and horrendously over worked staff. Im sure Im not the only individual with this observation of your employees attitudes.
My fiance and I come here for all of our golf needs. Golf Galaxy does a great job with email promos and the employees there remember us every time we come in. Appreciate the great service!
Poor customer service. Found a used club that had a crack in it, and they accused me of breaking it (I had only been looking at clubs up till then). I wanted to buy a driver that fit my swing, but was left in the fitting booth alone for so long that I just walked out - no help or assistance. No one even asked me if I was being taken care of as I was marching out. Pitiful!!
Never again. Grumpy old man offered me no assistance and Im trying to spend $500 on a driver. But he did chase a girl in a little skirt around the store until she bought, well, nothing. Swing machine was broken. Waste of a trip
Great store
Great store, a little pushy on sales.
