Dallas Golf Club is a small, but really nice golf course. Only nine holes, but the greens and fairways are really well-maintained, and the service is really friendly. It is a great place to play!

Nice PAR 3 & PAR 4 nine-hole course. Driving range, chipping and putting areas. Power carts available. If I go back to Monmouth to visit my mom I will still stop by here to drive a bucket and play 9.

Great little course and driving range. I recently started playing again and thought that this would be a good course to start on. I had fun playing and while there were many hazards, I felt good after getting through it. We are now going there more often - even to hit a bucket of balls.Make your reservation for tee times as it can get busy.

Awesome 9 hole executive course! Greens are superb, staff is very friendly and knowledgeable, and the prices cant be beat. Play 18 holes for under $30, and pull cart rentals are free every day, no need to ever carry your clubs. Drink prices are better here as well. $1.50 20oz bottles of soda, and $3 domestic aluminum pints. Grab a friend and spend a day out on the course. Enjoy life, play more golf!

Im sure lots of golfers will take issue with this review, but Im writing this from the perspective of a dad who is no more than a once-in-a-while golfer: the fairways were beautifully green, the 2 hole was along side the creek, the staff in the clubhouse was friendly, and the marshal helped coordinate the group ordering at the first tee. The pond on the ninth hole even had fish swimming by while the swallows were flying overhead. I really enjoyed the time there... All I could want while sharing a Fathers day with my son.

Great nine hole course with challenging holes. Very humbling experience. The grounds are immaculate and the greens are comparable to some of the best golf courses Ive had a go at. I go every chance I get. I highly recommend this course to others.

Played this course Saturday October 20th. I was playing with the guys from work. Course was in ok shape, I was fortunate enough to score a hole in one on the eighth hole. We went in the pro shop at the turn. One of my playing partners mentioned to the guy behind the counter about the eighth hole ace. He barely said a word, I figured this must be a common thing there. Not looking for anything from the guy, we just thought it was cool.

This is the worst golf course in this area. Go ANYWHERE else. I have played here with my dad quite a few times and enjoyed myself. As a beginner, this course was far less daunting than any other. That being said, people have threatened my dad and his friend, swinging their gold club at him like a bat and shoving him in the chest. When we told the manager he simply said, well guys will be guys and that was it. I was hit by a golf ball just the other day, they did not tell fore of make any attempt to warn me that the ball was headed my direction. Again we told the manager and he just said well, I hope youre okay. I am not ok, I am infuriated that I paid for 18 and only played 10 and that this had no effect on the person running this place. They dont care about the rules and just sit around playing solitaire in the club house. Besides the management lacking, the players have no respect for the game or for any other players. If you want a ball to land 5 feet from you or even hit you, then I would tell you to play here. If you want to enjoy a round of golf without being threatened or injured go to another place.

Small but great course challenging to say the least. Very friendly and always looking for new members to share the experience with. Prices for memberships are very reasonable 700 for an adult and 975 for a couple. They also have senior rates which is nice as well. Friendly staff and always curtious. I will definitely go back and purchase a membership in the future. Also they have a Mens club that plays on Thursdays if you want to test out the competition.

The first couple times I played out here was fun, but it is underwhelming. Only a 9 hole course rated at 59.4. No grass tees on the driving range, one flag on the chipping green and short putts on the putting green. The pro shop is mediocre at best, and the rest of what meets the eye is rather unsightly. Other than that, the course is fun. The fairways were nice, but thats about it. No par 5s which is a disappointment. They do senior and student rates, which is nice going to WOU just about 10 minutes away. The last time I played, I got into the pro shop at 6:15 and asked to play 9 holes. The guy behind the desk was on his laptop, and reluctantly let me play 9. As I was signing the receipt, he asked me Who in the world plays golf at 6:30? I brushed off his attitude by the first tee. My girlfriend was on the bag for me, and we were the only two out there. By the 4th hole, I was letting her chip from where I was chipping, and putt from where I was putting. No more than 10 swings for her overall. By the time I had gotten to the 8th green, the guy from the pro shop was waiting for me.He waited behind the green in his cart, and when I came up to my ball, he said what I was doing was illegal. He told me that by paying for myself for 9 holes, I was paying to play one ball, and thats it. He called it a Theft of Service, and then kicked me off the course.I was kind of shell shocked by the nerve, but as I was leaving I decided it wasnt worth me spending my money here. I wasnt treated well, and the product they provided me was below par. I only live down here to go to school, so Im not familiar with most of the courses in this area. All I can say for certain is that Im not going to waste my time out here anymore, and recommend others to pursue other deals. Oak Knoll in Independence was a fun course, with a friendly staff and a fun track. Cross Creek in Dallas is more worth the money, with a nicer staff and better amenities. If youre looking for the best deal in the Salem Area, shoot for Salem Golf Club. They often have the hot deal on golfnow and is several times better than Dallas Golf Club. Its about $5 more than what I paid for the student rate at DCG, but their product is what separates them from everything else Ive played down here.I would rather drive longer, pay more, and enjoy the round than come out here and get treated like I did.It sucks the fun out of what was a good day.
