They had my new Red Sea Reefer 450 delivered within 48 hours and knew exactly what to do in order to transfer my aquarium inhabitants to the new aquarium. This Reefer 450 is a real show stopper! The staff is always very helpful, educational and honest. Large selection of fish and the tanks always look clean and healthy compared to some other fish stores in the area.

HAD AN APPOINTMENT SET FOR TOMORROW ON THE 25TH THEY WROTE THE APPOINTMENT DOWN WRONG CAME LAST WEEKEND WHEN I WAS OUT OF TOWN AND I KNEW I WAS GOING TO BE OUT OF TOWN SO THERE WAS NO WAY I WOULD OF MADE AN APPOINTMENT! SO THEY WOULDNT HONOR MY APPOINTMENT FOR TOMORROW AND TOLD ME TO FIND SOMEONE ELSE TO DO IT! POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE!
