Incompetent staff. They talk negative about owner as well. They told my tank water was completely off. Well - I had it tested at 2 other local fish stores and they had told me my water was perfect. My fish & corals are happy. I will not be returning to Fish Gallery in any cities it is available. I visited the Houston location and was not even greeted. The Dallas store is worse then Houston. There are much better fish stores out there who care about you and your fish at home. Stay Away.

Love this place. Best time to come is Fridays and early Saturday. They have so many wonderful fish, plants, supplies, tanks, decor, and lighting. Staff is great, and know their stuff. They have RO water which is nice. I drive 3 hours to this store once a month to get water and plants for my planted aquarium. Just be sure to come later in the week. They are pretty picked over by Sunday evening, and dont usually stock back up till wed/thurs. Highly recommend this place, fish are super healthy and they test water.
