Quiet and clean ; safe neighborhood. Lots of children always playing speaks volumes. They took a chance on out of state tenants against their better wishes and we are so gratefull! Only mobile home park iv seen with a private pool. Looking foward to living here many more years. Thanks for the stopsigns on the corners really slows the thru traffic down. :)

SUPER tyrannical about us, as housesitters for a friend, using the pool while we were there. Explaining that water is my only means for cardio didnt help. So, not sure if it was a dictatorial manager, or just a self-important neighbor, but I wouldnt wanna live there.

If my coffee was a little warmer, Id give them five stars.
