Beautiful country setting. Many wonderful vacant space to place your dream home!

Just off of a main hwy, its tucked back into trees and meadows. Its open to any applicants, there is a lovely clubhouse that can be reserved for events. Credit app is mandatory. Some homes are for sell, also there are a few lots for incoming manufactured homes available. I visited 4 yrs ago, the park has really improved in its appearance and demonstrates a nice place to live.

The water is poison every other week and is frequently shut off. Also no security- valuables stolen from my car. People wander in and just take whatever. Not loving this place.

Will only take palm harbor homes at sunset homes, they have an exclusive deal.This means limited floor plans.Otherwise nice people.

Its a great place if the management could ever get its priorities strait.

There for work reasons. Very quite park. Clean as well.
