My wife and I have been living here since 2006, I believe and purchased another dwelling at this locale. We arent planning to relocate. Friendly, pleasant, close to shopping and doctor a few blocks away make for no worried living.

A 55+ community for mobile homes and a limited number of RV spaces. On-site laundry facility also present. Most homes are older, but well-arranged. Effort is made to motivate some residents who tend to live sloppily. Necessary to remember this is a community living space - hence subject to the whims of neighbors and rules of management. It’s just like living in an apartment building, just no one above or below you, only beside. If you want total freedom over your property - than you should actually own property, not rent it.

The people were not that nice and were kinda rude.
