Ever since the new manager, it’s been slowly improving

It could actually be a very nice place however 450.00 park rent and the roads are run down and not taken care of. Doesnt take much to keep a park inviting.

The community it self is not so bad to live in. However, the property manager Ashley she is awful. She is very rude, if you call her to discuss an issue she will try to rush you off the phone with no intentions of listening to your concerns. As a person working in customer service she definitely has to do a better job.

I used to live there back when I was 21 I thought is was a interesting place to live. I have had friends live there on and off ever since I was a kid and I still have a friend living there LOL!

Whitehurst asked residents to write a great Google review for home upgrades. The TRUTH is the lot rent goes up every November, roads are damaged, park is cluttered with trash, river in park is prone to flooding and if the land washes out under home it is the tenants problem to do repairs ! Water is very hard and will destroy appliances and pipes and it is almost impossible to keep bathrooms and kitchen clean. Fire ants and snakes are a major problem in ALL areas ! Large dogs roam the area constantly and neighbors dont watch their children ! The river is a drug area where gangs hang out. Manager has a short temper and refuses to have anything repaired dealing with the tenants land so if you have a land issue or damaged sewer/water pipes then you will have to do repairs YOURSELF. If you dont make upgrades to your home on time you WILL BE FINED. If the fine isnt paid on time residents will be EVICTED ! If you try to move your home IT WILL NOT BE ALLOWED !

I WOULD NOT RECOMMEND ANYONE LIVING HERE AT ALL. ASHLEY LANDIS THE SO CALLED PARK MANAGER IS RUDE AND RACIST TO THE HISPANIC COMMUNITY. SHE FINES YOU LEFT AND RIGHT FOR ANY LITTLE REASON. SHES NEVER AVAILABLE WHEN YOU NEED HER. THE RENT GOES UP EVERY YEAR. The roads are a mess. No lights at night. The so called new mobile homes she is selling are actually old and she just puts brand new siding on it to make them look new. I LIVED HERE ALMOST 10 YEARS AND ITS THE WORST. There is no maintenance to clean up but she still charges you for it. She’s doing everything possibleTo get rid of all the Hispanic community here by finding them and taking them to court. Honestly if you want peace and quiet and no problems DO NOT COME LIVE HERE

The three stars is for the community for the short time I tried to work there. She got injured on the first day and they didnt reach back out for over a week or more. I told them I was considering coming back but they didnt want my services. Not upset but very unprofessional company.

I was thinking about moving here, but the lots are small and its a trashy area. I dont think maintenance there does a good job on the road repairs or general cleaning around the neighborhood. I was shocked that it had 4 star review average. But there are no reviews. Hopefully this honest review helps someone.

I never had any personal issues with the lady from the office. But I hv helped my mother and father-in-law with their issues with her. If you can avoid staying here, please do. She picks and chooses who to fight with or be on. My family cannot hv people over because she gives them a fine because they cannot park on the road or grass. They have 3 cars so there is no more parking spaces. She choses what color you hv to paint your mobile home and even the color of your decorations on the porch. She fines you and will not accept your rent unless it has the fine with it so then she can evict you for not paying rent. You pretty much hv to pay the fine. You pay for the lot but she has locked people out of their mobile homes, and its their mobile home. They get well water and you pay them for it but 80 % of the time the water is brown. Super dirty. Not the best play to stay!!

If ice came through the place would be emptied and the management is awful
