An ill friend lives here and it seems to keep him happy. I wouldnt want to live there long-term, but it seems pleasant enough. I dont know the management, but it is clean and well maintenanced. Slow driving inside due to many speed bumps makes it kid friendly I think though you dont see them zooming around much. Quaint...

I have lived here for many years. Park is well kept, residents look out for one another. Managment, excellent. 2 pools available, a library and pool table in main clubhouse. Close go shopling, and I feel safe here.

Its a very nice clean place and it is very quiet.

We have lived here for more than 10 years. We shopped all parks before buying. This is the best managed well-groomed safest park in all of the East Bay. Anyone leaving a bad review is not addressing what benifits the majority. The Manager: Dan, deals directly & swiftly with any rule breakers which is why this park has all the attributes I listed above and is #1. From personal experience I can attest to the fact property management is a very stressful job. Dan, like anyone, has his moments but he is clearly there to do a job, not to make friends and has never wavered in taking his job seriously. The negative reviews are probably written by chronic rules breakers.We love the park but you wont if youre a rule breaker and we wouldnt want you here anyway.

Take the pros with the cons. Love the Dead End. Hate the nosy assed neighbors.

I have lived here 27 years the street I live on has turned into a race track cars driving over the posted speed limit of 15mph some them dont even live in the park especially delivery like fedx and ups they dont even slow down for the speed bump I have written letters nothing done yet even worse when it rains I am afraid that someone is going to get hurt or somebodys home is going to get hit especially the ones on the corner

Pro: Has some street parking for visitors and contractors, within 15 drive to shopping mall.Con: irregularly numbered street addresses like went from68, 69, 70 to 10 in 1 part.

Dont even try to come and live at this place management are so rrrruuuuuuuudeeee its a grumpy old guy that dont have a life any more it will make ur life miserable trust me!!!!!!!! and read other reviews on yelp and will see i im not lying
