By far the best mobile home park in the county! Friendliest staff, great prices, pool, laundry, clubhouse, quiet, all ages welcome, close to hwy 680. Love this place.

The lady that runs the office should be fired. Two weeks ago I inquired about renting a spot. She gave us a couple of spots to look at another RV park they manage. We go and look at the place on Willow Pass. The spots we looked at were smaller my RV, mind you I must have gave her the length of my RV 20 plus times. The spot she gives me someone is in that spot with a bunch of their stuff outside. So we find another spot that will fit my RV. I go back to the office to tell her about the other spot. Roseann, the lady running the office, says that the sight she gave us shouldnt be occupied, I will have to go there and check it out. I tell her about the other spot I found, she said I can have it. Roseann write my name on the calendar and tell me to comeback 1/28 with the security deposit and sign the lease. I drive by the place, that spot was taken. I show up at 9:30 am as scheduled. She tells me, I just leased that yesterday and that spot wouldnt fit my RV. I said i measured the spot, she said like no it wont fit. I asked her if she had any other spots for us, and I again I repeated at least 10 times the length of my RV. Her response was I have a hundred spots she wont release them and I have someone moving out soon I will call you later today to let you know. It is 930 pm, I havent heard from her.

A fair place to live,except that THE OWNERS DO NOT KEEP THIS PLACE, they are more interested in RAISING RENTS anytime they want for whatever reason than keeping the place, complaining???? IT DOESNT WORK,

Nice place close to shopping, quiet with restaurants close by

Not maintained very well. Loud car stereos, too many old mobile homes, yards used to store excess stuff. People let their dogs poop in other yards and dont clean it up.

Run down mobile home park. Poor management resulting in unkept appearance. RVs allowed to rent space there too.
