They advertised falsely. You DO NOT and will not own your home. You will “buy the home” but they keep the title. You never get it. So basically you pay a bunch of money, then a lot fee, commit to a long term situation, and get absolutely nothing out of it. A lot of the homes had broken windows and all kinds of messed up walls and such. Cats everywhere. The pictures we were shown online were carefully placed. The home had severe water damage, door wouldn’t even open. Electrical outlets were falling off the wall. You “buy” as-is, fix it up on ur own money, and it’s never even ur house. Go somewhere else.

It is a very clean and,well maintained park for people over 50 they are very community orientated and make it a point for the residences to get to know each other and participate in activities if there interested

I have lived here for many years and I have always had good experiences. The staff are friendly and attentive. If I had any issues, they were there in a day or less! It is quiet and I feel safe there. My daughter, when she visits, goes to the playground and during the winter she sleds with other children who live there. My neighbors are respectful and some have become my friends. I would recommend this neighborhood to anyone!!

I live in Oakland Glenn on Frankfurt Dr. I have lived there for 8 yrs because I own my on home . The lot rent is way too high for the service provided. There are constantly problems with the water as it is well water. The only good thing I can say is we dont have to pay for the water.

I lived there for a couple years with my family and we all hated it. To pricey for what it is. The people we rented our place from wouldnt make any repairs. The park maintenance staff are unskilled and useless. The other review about the water problems is accurate. Too much trouble and drama there.
