Just wanted to say what a great company I think Parkland Ventures is and how good they and the new management has been to me and my family. I have been here for a minute and when I moved in had a window I was told could not be replaced by management and all I had to do was mention to the new management and the next thing I knew the great maintenance man was knocking on my door to get measurements for it to be replaced. It only took 7 years and the right management team and that’s just one example. Thank you Parkland Ventures for caring about your renters and having a great management team to get our needs meet.

Amazing staff! Theyre extremely helpful! They made the moving in process smooth and easy! Tammie and Mickey both do an amazing job running the property!

When we moved in a year ago the management team were not very nice people. The team that is in the office now are extremely nice and very helpful! The neighborhood is very nice and quiet.

A friend lives here from wat I can tell its a good clean area to live

Poor management according to friend. Thank you for the reply. I dont live in the community I reviewed, but I have been visiting several friends that live there. Ive personally have been visiting friends in this community for several years. Most moved away before the last owner sold it to your company, but a couple still live there. I do have to compliment you on the better upkeep of the community, but as far as management, the friends I visit have reported to me several times of poor relations with management. I understand that it is a one sided conversation, but because of it being more than one renter, it must have some truth to the report. Im asked by Google constantly to review places on my location history and that is the only reason I posted. I will update my review if the reports about management from my friends change. I truly hope relations between renters and management improve. I dont really like posting poor reviews, but I have to be honest on my posts to continue to raise my status as a reviewer.

I currently live here. This place is well maintained streets are nice and clean. Last mobile park I lived at was a mess this is much better. Kelly does a very good job and is very friendly. Anything problems I’ve had she has been able to fix. One thing though it’s impossible to really talk to someone when you call them but I just end up emailing her and it’s a faster response. All in all I highly recommend this place for any one.

My husband and I and our daughter went to take a look at a trailer there. Very nice and polite staff.

Terrible awful worst place to live. Window caught on fire from the sun beating on the window and they didnt believe us. Had to take pictures just to prove it to them. They said thats never happened in 20 years and was impossible. We put stuff on the windows to make sure it wouldnt happen again and they forced us to take it down. They dont care about ur safety or your familys who are just a baby and grandparents age! Trailers have huge holes in them that you fall through. Inside the trailers and on the deck of the trailers have huge holes. Managers and maintenance men will take your kids bike that you just got them for Christmas and throw them in the dumpster. Even if you got it locked up they cut the lock. Roach infested, possum infested and they dont do anything about it. Business hours is from 9 to 5 you call they arent there. They say they get something fixed for you; wont have it done till months, a year, or year and months later. Raising your rent unexpectedly. Hot water heater brakes or AC brakes they wont fix it. Pipe behind your refrigerator break and its flooding the trailer, they wont fix it for hours. Bed bug infested they wont do anything. Wont call animal control for you. You have to do it yourself and get your own bait and a cage to capture it and take it to Animal Shelter your self. Pipe under the trailer brakes; wont fix it for days even though its causing a mud puddle outside from it flooding. Insulated very well you turn your AC on have it running all day and it doesnt even help cool the trailer down and you end up having 400, 500, $600 utility bill. Do NOT Ever EVER Live Here!!!!! Worst place to live at!!!!

This place is like living in North Korea... You absolutely cant do nothing without the fear of being evicted. Place is infested with roaches, the trailers are old and falling apart. Nothing gets fixed when you report it, trailers are not insulated at all. The AC unit runs nonstop all day and it doesnt even cool your house, then you get a 400-500 dollar power bill.DO NOT LIVE HERE!!

Like a decent person would let u know someone died in the rental you would think but not here not only do they not fix anything but so called maintance cant fix anything only good for picking up trash and driving around spying on renters

I DONT EVEN WANNA PUT A DAMN STAR,... BUT WOULDNT LET ME POST!!!!SAVE YOUR MONEY, TIME, LIFE..... DO NOT MOVE INTO THIS NEIGHBORHOOD.... NOTHING IS NICE ABOUT LIVING HERE... ITS A LIVING HELL.... YOU PAY YOUR BILLS, AND SHE WILL ALWAYS FIND SOMETHING TO KICK YOU OUT FOR! Its like she cant do her own damn job, and has eyes everywhere watching your every move.... please!!! if i pay my bills and stuff, dont worry about me!! mind your own business, or do your own damn job!!!! dont let them do a maintenance walk through.... you will have property stolen by them!!!!

It would be really nice if they were actually in the office during business hours. My ac has went out and I have a 1 year old and they open at 9 but I call it just about 11 oclock still no one is over there.

Lisa is very nice and it seems like its a good community to live in. Was recommended to me because Lisa works with people. However I didnt find that to me true.

This is a great place to live I lived here for 14 years yes it has its ups and down at times but every where you go is like that so I have no negative feelings towards this place I like the people that work here and they di have alot of places to do jobs on so yes it will take time to fix unless its an emergency..when ever I had an emergency it got fixed as soon as possible

Absolutely hate it here!!! The hot water fuse keeps clicking off so you never know when your gonna have it. The “maintenance men” keep saying they gonna get the part to fix it. That’s been before xmas. Old trailer. Just do t like it here!!!

Well I thought is was ALOT better since Robbie Faggart SOLD both parks but man was I wrong... We only moved here to work on our credit from being young and dumb.. We couldnt get accepted anywhere else at the time..... BIGGEST mistake ever! The power bills are RIDICULOUS here!! No insulation at all in the trailer we had... Almost everyone here complains of bugs. People FLY through the neighborhoods while children are trying to play. Their solution.... Stop letting our kids play outside.... Like come on! They are KIDSSSSS! Isnt that what we did as kids!? The guy Chad did keep the parks clean but ever since they let him go the parks have been disgusting again.Do yourself a BIG favor and dont rent from them!!!

It puts me being in two different location at the same time and the addresses are never right.

The “maintenance” men, Chad and the little old drunk guy, are complete idiots, they don’t know how to fix anything, they are rude, never complete a task, if they even start one, and let themselves into your home without warning, wether you are there or not. The office manager, who is rarely in the office, seems nice and seems to try to help with complaints but since nothing is actually done it’s obvious that she is just as useless as the “maintenance” men. Since there is no owner on site it seems no one cares about the quality of service and upkeep. Heat and ac are horrible on top of bad seals on windows and doors and little to no insulation. If you complain about anything you will start to get warning notices of things they claim you are doing wrong no matter how petty or untrue those claims are. This is a last resort place that ppl move into when they are out of options but it does not mean they deserve to be treated badly.

Its a really nice place to live the homes are really nice and so are the people

I lived there 3 years. My ceiling leaked and it took Robby 1 year to come and put a new roof, they dont have hardly any insulation in walls or under trailer which resulted in $300 and $400 power bills, in the winter time my heat didnt work in my master bathroom which is where I bathed my kids and Robby refused to fix it ( because the duct work needed replaced and he wasnt replacing all of that),it had roaches the first day I moved in his reply was ( I spray once before you move in if you have roaches then you carried them here) which I did not have roaches where I lived before!!!! So when I moved out I cleaned every room,didnt leave any furniture anything in the house I left it clean! He didnt return my deposit because he had to replace blinds, and paint the walls. First he never had blinds on all the windows when I moved in there! Nor were the walls all freshly painted when I moved in there!!!!! Oh and I also left my refrigerator there and not only did he not give back my deposit he wouldnt let me get my refrigerator out either!!!! In my opinion they put too much time and effort in how the outside appearance is and not enough time/ effort in the insides of the trailers!!!!!!

The worst place I have ever lived. Electrical wiring was bad. Electric bills were $400-500 a month. No insulation in the home, so heat and air didnt work well. Robbie was not a nice person.

This trailer park is infested with bed bugs and the owners are doing nothing about it, and they dont fix anything that breaks. DO NOT LIVE HERE.
