Water is horrible

Dont live hereIve been living here since i was around 4 and yea i guess it a nice quite neighborhood. But there are many problems that come with this place as well.THE MANAGEMENT- the mangers are horrible, they pick on the kids, i have experienced it since a young kid, and you can ask.any young boy or girl and they will tell you the problems with them.They are racist and unreasonable. Considering that most of the people who live there are Hispanic they feel a sense of superiority and they have had many problems with people making them leave eventually.RENT- when i was young rent was less than 300 now its being changed to over $400 which is unreasonable.WATER- the running water is a dark brown its looks disgusting, sometimes we dont even have water. Its horrific and we cant make food or take showers.Overall it would be better to live some place else. Ive been living here 10+ yearsAnd we plan to move.

I am applaud at the way this company runs their business.First off I understand that rent should be paid on time every month or there is consequences. But the manner in which this company handles renters who are late is horrific and outright rude. They have no compassion and do not care a darn bit about their tenants rights and/or situations.This company manages several mobile parks, not Ritz Carltons, cheap mobile homes. Most people who buy mobile homes and live in a park fall within 2 categories.1) They are poverty or close to the poverty line and live pay check to pay check.2) They are elderly and do not want the hassle that comes with owning a house, and they usually live pay check to pay check.So with that being said life happens. I have lived in one of their said parks for 4 years, when we moved in 4 years ago rent was around $300, it is now $399 it has went up almost $100 in 4 years and for what, NOTHING, you get a lot, water, and trash, the water is disgustingly brown and gets shut off every Tuesday for HOURS at a time. There is NO adminities at all unless you count a playground that is fenced off and locked during non-business hours, so pretty much whenever the kids have a chance to play outside it is closed..... You have to take care of your own lawn which is not a big deal if rent wasnt so high.When we first moved in they tried to blame the water on our mobile home being that it is our problem then we started finding out that others are having the same issue. The is bugs everywhere and when you finally waste a ton of money getting them out of your house they just come right back because the park NEVER sprays or maintains the grounds. The only LOTs they are interested in repairing are their own. The manager lot and the ex-assistant manager lot are the only two lots that have had their driveways maintains. Whenever it rains, half of my driveway floods completely because there is not proper drainage in the park. Whenever we complain about something they always have an excuse and do not do anything about it.The close the office randomly with no notice whatsoever, so if you are trying to contact them for some reason, say late rent. They are not there when they are supposed to be. Yes my rent was late, yes I did not get it paid by the 15, but I tried to contact you on this, this and this date and could not. What about that, oh that is my problem to that YOU were not there.If you want to see the full review.... Check BBB site I am limited here.

Nice place to live

I have been here 12 years and they just dont keep the roads up to par. Deep ruts everywhere. They are up to $450 rent on just the lot! Probably will sale soon.
