This is a little bias because 3 of our family members are Alumni and USC-Columbia is near and dear to our hearts! We have seen many dance performances at Drayton Hall because our two daughters were double majors, one being dance. It has been a big part of their lives since they were able to wear pointe shoes. It is a cozy atmosphere, not a large theatre. If you get the chance and want to do something different, check out the line up for this season. There is spoken word, modern and classical performances, instrumental, drama, etc..

I saw Shakespeare in Love here and loved the cozy theatre. A great place to see a show!

My gosh, I attended 7th to 9th grades here! It has changed and been upgraded immensely since my school days. Better seating, for sure, but the arm rest on my seat kept coming off, and the seats were a little low. The cooling was also a little lacking, and I heard the night before was much warmer inside.It is a more intimate venue with good sight lines and a good feel, other than the cooling lack.

Have been there a lot over the years with different dance recitals and plays. It can be difficult trying to find parking for the theater if there is a popular event going on at the theater or on the USC campus.
