The staff at this school is amazing. My Child came in as a first grader about three years ago after doing pre-k and kindergarten at a private institution so I was a little concerned on how she would get adjusted. Everything was so smooth. She participates in the Shining Stars After School program and the ladies there are just so wonderful as is the rest of the staff at this school. You have to truly care about children and have a passion for teaching to be in a school setting - the actions speak for themselves at Conder.
