Wow - an amazing, exquisite B&B that is a must for anyone looking for a quality lodging. You get to meet the artist and host who makes you feel like you’ve known him all your life. His artwork and stories are priceless!

Tom Hermansader is such a great guy & probably one of the most underrated artists in tri-county region. I have alot of his prints.

Tom and Janice are terrific! This is a lovely bed and breakfast with beautiful rooms, filled with antiquities and adorned with paintings created by Tom himself whom is quite the accomplished artist. The house has a wonderfully relaxed feel to it with the beautiful landscaped gardens and yard around the house and the front porch where you can sit and just enjoy the fireflies. Everyone who stayed has been incredible! Its close to the Clock Museum and everything else is only a walk away! The rooms have private bathrooms and mini fridges and each morning Janice and Tom create a delicious breakfast! I would certain recommend staying here and enjoying the hospitality they offer!

Wonderful!! This place is warm, interesting everywhere you look there is something to see. The paintings are unique and special. The hosts are some of the most interesting people Ive ever met. The rooms are fantastic. Themed on famous artists and the decor to match!

Stayed two nights in the Van Gogh room and had a wonderful time. Would recommend the experience to anyone visiting Lancaster PA. The home is lovely and appointed with Toms wonderful artwork--its like a private museum of Lancasters landscapes and architecture and has the charm of its enduring backroads, small towns and cityscapes. Tom was a gracious host and made me feel welcome and at home. All in all a great experience.

We stayed one night in the Whistler room. The room was comfortable, and nicely decorated. We did have some issues with the hot water running out while filling the jacuzzi tub, but Tom had the issue resolved by morning. We had a lovely breakfast and Tom was able work with my gluten free dietary restrictions which I told him about prior to check in. The entire house is filled with Tom and his fathers artwork and we had a lovely discussion about art and history before a leasurely check out at 11 am.

A good tourist attraction for ppl from all over.

Wonderful hospitality, beautiful mansion and Tom was very accommodating, helping with restaurant and activity suggestions. We especially enjoyed talking to Tom about his art and family. The personal art work displayed in the mansion is stunning! We will certainly go back at the 1st opportunity!
