Customer service is horrible! Treat their customers like garbage! Would not recommend find a better place.
Thousand Trails Orlando RV Park located in southern Clermont is a dog friendly resort. I have had the pleasure of taking care of several dogs at this location while the owners are at the nearby parks and have always enjoyed taking them for walks around the camp grounds. Owners appear to be responsible with their dogs by keeping them on a leash and picking up after them. The office staff of Thousand Trails have always been friendly and the gate attendants always greet me with a smile.
This feel like home. All the staff members and rangers are awesome
Terrible, dont waste your money nor time .
I went there with my family recently and let me tell you it was the worse experience I’ve ever had. The staff there has terrible customer service and basically treated our family like trash when we were there with a membership. Also when the hurricane touched down my friend had to leave their RV there so they could get out safely now the staff is treating them with much disrespect even in such a life and death situation. Would never go back there again
Nice quiet campground. They dont have any activities for children but do have a swimming pool, putt putt and shuffleboard. We use our Thousand Trails pass and usually come here for a week every month or two. Its not nearly as nice as the Orlando RV Thousand Trails. They do offer free did rental at the front office. This makes up for the lack of public WiFi. They do not even have wifi in the recreation room!
Deserve 0 stars for the family y’all kicked out for leaving their rv in an emergency. Horrible.
Staff is rude when we were there they kicked a family out because they left there rv there and they werent supposed to leave it there when there aas a storm so they evacuated so now the family got kicked out of there and they only have the rv as a home.
This place is awful and their staff is horrible. I do not recommend going!!! You will get ripped off!!
Stay away. Poor customer service you shouldnt be kicked because of a emergency. The family that was kicked out needed to flee for their safety and if you dont respect that I will not plan on coming to any Thousand Trail Resort.
STAY AWAY! Very bad customer service! When I tried to say something about it they literally just told me if I don’t like it then I should “just leave” and they did not refund my membership money or offer me anything! The place is also very dirty and there are many snakes in the area. I am so disappointed :( my membership has gone to waste!
Don’t waste your time.
I would give zero Stars if I could! Terrible staff and rude customer service.
A bad experience these ppl need to be shut down they only care bout the rvs not there costumers
Super rude and heartless they trying to kick my good sis and her dad out cause they didn’t want to risk their lives
Horrible!!! WHY WOULD YOU KICK OUT A FAMILY FOR LEAVING AN RV WHEN THEN HAD NO CHOICE!!!! AND THREATEN TO CALL THE COP?!
This place is terrible I hope it gets closed down for good
For the family you kicked out.
Very bad experience, staff had very bad attitude with me. They also kicked my family out and called the police on us. Do not spend your money here!
This place doesn’t even deserve ONE STAR! Stay away, worst customer service.
The workers there are very disrespectful and I suggest you do not go there if you have respect for yourselves.
Very bad. Saw them kick a family out in the middle of an emergency to save their lives. They’re very careless and not a good place at all. Please do not go here!
Awful customer service and place is just overall bad and not a good experience
Terrible experience the showers are all broken and the toilets its disgusting and gross and they need to fix it
Nothing was maintained dirty pool and costumer service was awful they didnt help at all i would recommend going somewhere else to save yourself a headache
I woke up in the middle of the night to a rat eating my toenails
Horrible! This deserves a 0 star review
Horrible customer service never going there again
Cant believe what yall did to the family
I go there three to four times a year. This time too many annuals and they took all the good spots. NOT EVERYONE CAN AFFORD AN ANNUAL.
This place is disgusting, the customer service was very very very horrible I dont recommend anyone and their family to stay there, horrible have no type of care for anyone and treat us horribly
The family you kicked out
Horrible experience bad customer service
Really enjoyed staying here. Its relatively close to Disney but about 45 minutes to Universal (with traffic). The campground is nice and good for big rigs. This is good place to stay when in the area.
This place is awesome. The staff is great the grounds are well kept. Pools could use a little more attention but the only thing that matters to me is the bath houses are exceptionally clean. This is awesome you actually see people going in every hour or so. Great park great family experience
I wish I could put 0
Trailer park vibes to the max...
Worst place ever.

Terrific RV resort.
Nice park. Love the desk ladies
My husband and I arrived at thousand trails RV in Clermont, Florida on Friday, February 22, 2019 at 5 PM. Upon arrival, we were told it was a first come first serve on which site you get. Since this was our first time at this resort, we had no idea where to begin to look for a site and I told the gentleman at the front desk that. He said most of the 50 amp sites are booked and only 30 amp sizes were left. He told me to just drive around and find a site. If we are not happy with that site, we could pack everything up on Saturday morning and look around after people leave to find another site.On Saturday, we took a walk with our dogs and took the resort map and saw that some sites are premium and some were not but we couldn’t tell the difference from one Or the other. It really made no sense at all. Some other things that we found that we have not found at other campgrounds are the following:1. The trees really need to be trimmed. We scraped the top and side of our a class A searching for a site.2. After pulling in to a site, we couldn’t find sewer hook up. So I looked at other sites and followed their hose and discovered that if you lift up a chunk of concrete, that is your sewer connection. Not the typical PVC with the lid you screw off that you see in every other campground. This was a chunk of cement you had to lift off with the pair pliers by the rebar that was sticking out of it.3. The community bathrooms are not cleaned on the weekends. I was surprised when my husband said there was no toilet paper in the men’s room. I went and looked in the women’s restroom and noticed the cleaning list on the wall indicated no one cleans them on the weekends. That’s really gross!!4. in the places we have camped before, we have received welcome packets with all the camp rules & regulations and garbage pick up and that sort of thing. We received none of that when we arrived. So we did not know what to do with our garbage as we typically have put it at the front of the site and it’s picked up usually by 10 in the morning. Come to find out there’s a huge dumpster area at the front of the resort by the welcome center and recreation hall that everyone uses.5. If you do not check out or put your parking designation paper in a slot as you leave the park, you are fined $35. Who does that?!I asked the front desk if this is typical of thousand trails resorts and he said yes. With as much money as thousand trails charges for you to become a member, I would have thought this resort would have been top-notch. We were extremely disappointed and felt it was one of the worst campsites we have visited.
Don’t waste your money on a thousand trails membership. Not only did the woman at the reservation center give me an attitude when I tried to make a reservation but the only site they had to accommodate me I had to pay over $150 for two days after my discount when I should be staying for free as a member. SAVE YOUR MONEY. MEMBERSHIP IS A JOKE! They treat you like trash as well when you tell them you don’t want to pay the extra money. I liked Tropical Palms much more when it was owned by other companies. Down hill since Thousand Trails
Good power and water. Too many ling term leases. Limits space 4 transient members. And they take non members now. So less pride, folks dont pick up dog droppings
Terrible
Plenty to see and do. Sports equipment is in good shape. Anyone can join.
House is great, staff sucks though
Nice place!
Cant tell you how disappointed my wife and I are with this resort. Weve been coming here for many years now and have seen it decline each year. All I can say is it appears that Equity Lifestyles simply waits as long as they can before putting any money into their resorts, especially this one. Seems like their trying to compete with the Slum Lords.
There staff is very friendly and they have lots of things to do all week long for the kids as well as adults all around a great place to be intertaind or to unwind and relax
Great scenery, good place for rv camping
Very friendly staff, spacious sites and love the pool and hot tub.
These pics.... is someone trying to be funny??
Haven’t stayed here yet but it was a very nice visit
Been camping for 25+ years and this is by far one of the worst campgrounds we have ever visited. Very dirty and no pride of ownership. Feels more like a trailer park than a campground. Would never recommend this resort.
This place is bad which is a shame because I have seen a few of these places in other states that could rate 5. No privacy, just a dirty look about it.
Nothing outstanding. Nice clean and plenty of room
Lovely homes to live or stay
It was very good.
