We are owners . We love this place. Great location. My wife now works at Disney so the Grand Kids can be entertained for free when visiting. Forbes Magazine calls Clermont Florida one of the fastest growing areas in Florida. Our property has already increased in value.

Nice resort..sites are privately owned, but there are rentals available. Well maintained only downside is that you must take your trash to dumpster...no pickup. People seem to be very friendly.

Conveniently located, big rig friendly. Everyone we met was very friendly! The bathrooms were clean. Would come here again!

Way too overpriced especially winter or high season. this is not a resort by any means. very little amenities. no pickleball, no tennis courts. if you look real close you can see a stake in the ground for what looks like it it used be a horseshoe spot. the pool is very small. it is rarely heated.even in winter. in fact wait - I was just informed it is not heated at all thru the year (eyeroll) no store or shop on site. no gift shop. no mini golf. no hiking. the hours of the pool seemed staggered, irregular. the only upside is the patrons tended to be decent, and it was/is gated. (hopefully still is)Too close too Kissimmee. this is not necessarily a good thing. crime, ahem.)Whats up with the non air conditioned supposed gym. too hot to workout in. not to mention how many pieces of low cost equipment was always out of order. the tv did not work much of the time either. the saddest part must say for what you paid for here: was the 100F degree gym;/ what a let down. if it was half the price and there werent way better options to take your RV, then....maybe go here. otherwise too many downsides unfortunately. the greed here was kinda obvious :/ pricing of the place really stands out the most. too many thumbs down, Citrus Valley :/

Excellent location and facilities. This is a well manicured RV resort. Each site us privately owned and boast brick pavers for RV sites. Owners have enhanced sites with landscaping, outside built in grilling facilities and permanent executive suites.

Its a nice quiet area. The houses are lovely and spacious. Close to grocery and other stores. Close to Disney without being directly in it.

This ownership community deserves a look from two perspectives. First, if you are considering owning a RV/park home site in the area, you really need to look at this one. As are many, this community has been developed in several phases and is a bit unique in that it is not just another cookie cutter park with every lot looking the same. There are some streets that bear the familiar RV park look to some degree, and other streets with lots shaped & developed. You see that a majority of the owners take great pride in their property. As a short-term renter, we visited some friends and were fortunate to rent a lot right next door. This particular lot is still owned by the developer, and thus is for sale. Paved in beautiful stones, it is deep, wide & level with utilities intelligently placed. Every park has a challenge or two... and here we found the WiFi unusable, cable TV that requires a converter box (we didnt do it), and the pool was closed for repairs. At nearly $90/night, Im not sure we received a good value.

I visited a friend here Friday and was very impressed of the properties and amenities. The people were very friendly and very patriotic. Hope to move here soon.

This is a top notch, family comfort, exclusive styled resort. With touches of fine stone and fancy pads (Rv,mobile and mini mobile).A must visit.

My brother lives here,the neighborhood is located near a variety of shopping areas, however you wouldnt think so as its a very quiet, clean neighborhood.

The RV Parking Slabs are Wonderful. There all level for you. The kids place to play is clean and close to the pool area. Showers and restrooms were Very Clean. A Great place to stay.

A very nice RV resort. We only visited for the day but liked what we saw.

Clean enough establishment. Reasonably low budget. Abit further away from the parks than Id like.

We lived here for over 9 months and had a truly wonderful experience. This was the safe neighborhood we had been searching for and the facilities were always very clean, the staff friendly, and the neighbors kind and respectful. Weve been completely spoiled by our time here.

Real nice place to own and live but not for a few nights stay. Heated pool was covered the whole time. Needed a cable box to get cable. No picnic table or fire pit on site.

Nice place to be close to attractions if you have an RV. If you are going to rent one of their park models, be prepared for only average not much more than the level of Motel 6.

Dont be mistaken this is not a campground this is just an overpriced RV Park trailer Park same thing is selling all the sites so eventually itll become a true trailer parkplaces landscape very nice and beautiful but its not a campground its a trailer park

We have come here for 5 years. It used to be a 4 Star park and in the last two years it has definitely declined while still charging high resort fees. The walk back to the dog park used to be nice! Now a portion of fencing between the sub and Resort is gone still from hurrince Erma 4 months later. The building next to pond is rotted through making it a eye sore along with all the debris (over flowing dumpster, broken wheel barrows, broken trailers and etc.) you walk past to the dog park. The pond used to be well maintained and no longer is and vegetation is starting to grow up and starting to stink. The dog park unfortunately had a ton of dog poop that the dog owners didn’t care to pick up I guess. So I picked it up so my dogs didn’t have to step in it. Upon checking in or booking and paying in full before arrival I was not notified that there is no cable boxes avaible for the renters in this “Resort”! In the past we knew you had to get a box from the office with a full refundable deposit, now they just don’t have boxes to offer to the guest of their Resort! You have to have cables boxe from the office to feed off their cable to recive stations. And for some reason we can’t even pull channels with our antenna, which we can everywhere else so there is no TV unless you have your own satellite. Also upon arrival on a holiday that’s 74 degrees out the pool was not open that day nor the other 3 days that were above 75 plus. In the past it would have been from our experience when we stayed. So at the end of our trip no tv, no pool and jacuzzi. Very disappointing! This place had potential and still does. Management needs to figure things out and not charge Resort pricing when you dont offer Resort amenities and your ground aren’t keep up to Resort standards. 90% of the owners are very nice and very welcoming as well.. I hope to see this park improve. I also hope they read this review to open their eyes and addressing these issues. I know from others I have talked to that they feel the same way. They have lost a lot of regular customers that have been coming for years and it’s sad..
