Not excellent place thats where my brother lives

Its just ok. All I got to say.

I would not recommend living here. Let rent just keeps going up. Going up $70 on November 1st. The new owns are just greedy and want money. We will be paying almost $400 for lot rent, we own our mobile home. People are moving out and some are taking their homes with them and I don’t blame them one bit.

One of the nicer mobile home communities you would live. Quiet, friendly people, and cleanly well kept. I enjoy my time here with family (Amanda Brown-Chandler and Carol Coleman) and friends...

Owner was very rude and disrespectful. Went to look at a trailer house for rent and he wouldn’t even meet me to look at it. Front door was wide open and windows left open. Found drug paraphernalia in the house he was trying to rent to me. Would not recommend
