Pros...Great place ! Nice experience. The owners are helpful and friendly. They keep the lawns manicured. You do your part, they do theirs.Christmas cards,welcome notes and regular info and a genuine concern for making this a nice place to live.Affordable rent.Animal friendly.Cons...if you live right on Dorothy ave it can be noisey,however thats Claremore city in general with any road that is a thoroughfare to schools or hospital.
