Deerfield Springs Manufactured Home Community is an okay place to live, not great. The management changes about every year, which means nothing in the community gets improved, but the lot rent keeps increasing. Its fine for a place, not in the city limits, without access to high-speed internet, and dealing with nit picky management, whom like i said keep raising lot rentals. Good luck!

I moved into a new mobile in 2018 and it is a safe and quite place to live. The management is very nice and helpful. Id recommend this park to my family and friends.

This is a very nice and friendly mobile home park. Very clean as well. My kids love to come and visit their aunties and uncles that live here.

The land was clean, trailers were nice, the rent was low for what they were, which were 3 and 4 bedroom homes with at least 2 bathroomsthe neighborhood was quiet, and stayed quiet the whole time I was visiting.

Ok place you need a truck to park in your driveway though the curbs are like 8 inches tall the bumper on my new car is now busted from getting hung on the curb I dont see the point in this

I like that they are diligent on making sure the riff raff are not living in the park. And as long as you are doing what youre suppose to do, everything is good. I have never had any issues.

I LOVE the manager, she is so laid back and is as helpful as anybody could be; I love the school district and the area in general, and i love the feeling of being home in this place.

This is a very nice place and I really enjoyed speaking with Kim and Kelly. I will be purchasing a home soon. I just wanted to say thank you and i cant wait to move.

The staff is completely Bad the new staff sucks. If your 9 days late on the rent you get evicted. There are Narks evrey were so if u do something verry little u get in evrey Corner. Don’t move her trust me I’ve lived her for 5 years It isn’t pleasant
