I love it hear. Quite, friendly, and afordable way to own a place to live. And it is a whole lot safer, and less stressful than where I use to live.

Dont care about its people make up extra fees as they go.they raise lot rent to330$mth was 225$. Bought trailer for someone disabled in need of housing. She lived their for 3 weeks.with out utilitys in November.because they wanted the money and lease approval before they give lease to turn on utiltys.decided to sell and seek alternative housing.

Guy I used to live in that trailer 101 it got black mold Holes in the Floor and can you stop leaks in the roof my opinion I love somewhere else electric wire and that trailer is bad I used to run half the extension cords to the trailer

This place calls themselves a mobile home park but really its just a Box with people living in the boxes if years like is just a way to make money off of people that live off the government and to me thats the lowest of low when something goes wrong its either you fix it or doesnt get fixed the property owner the property management people they dont help lead the fact

This placelooks like it should be torn down. Even the tornados avoid it. The roads through the park are from the 1980s

They got them stacked on top of each other at this mobile home park but the people seemed really friendly

Still kind of a rough neighborhood but at least you got a u.s. marshal living there helps make you feel a little safer

Decent enough, but way overpriced. Not mention a lot of drug activity nowadays

Its an okay place, just the tweakers ruined it for me. The owner and managers are amazing though.

The rules of the new owners are ridiculous & unfair to disabled

The roads in the park desperately need to be repaired. Have friend who live here and every time I stop by I dread driving through with my car.
