For a small park, they really pack a lot in! Basketball court (which doubles as Zumba area in good weather), tennis courts, playground, 2 baseball diamonds. Only complaint is the pool, which Ive been to once. Its indoors and free so I guess you get what you pay for, but notwithstanding the staff need to put some effort into stopping people from doing disgusting things on the deck like wearing dirty street shoes, combing out their hair and SHAVING! All things that I saw happen on my one visit to that pool, and also the reason why Ill never use it again.

Lived in this area my whole life. The park has gotten safer. Good for a quick run or just laying in the grass. A tennis court and small soccer field is there, but the nets have been taken down due to to covid. If you live in the area a nice place to get sun

This is a great park for our nearly 2 year old. The water/splash pad is great for his age, the one at Unity is a bit more intense. The slides are more geared to the under 6 set, a swingset for all ages. I love the picnic tables of various sizes so parents can take a seat while still having a great view of the littles. Across the street on the north side of Diversey, Brew Brew is a great place to grab a drink and snack before or after.

Big, beautiful park with a good variety of trees. The indoor pool is a big draw, as are the fenced in soccer fields, and the baseball diamonds. Hope they invest in bringing back the outdoor basketball hoops & a neighborhood program for people to use them.

Great park in West Logan Square! Its got a playground, splash pad, soccer cage, tennis court, and swimming pool, then theres the big open field for anything else you might want to do. Theyre putting a bunch of money into it soon and it will be even better!

Beautiful park with excellent space for casual hangouts, playing catch or soccer, or just enjoying the weather! Relaxed and quiet, my wife and I come here regularly. Great food and cafe options close by as well.

Nice sunny day in Chicago. Wonderful time with daughter and granddaughter. I played like a kid! Sprinklers need some work, but a great couple hours despite this! Definitely a do again!!!

Very large park but the field house is on the smaller side. Usually difficult to find parking.

Nice area and park but Park District people need to work on their issues with race. Spreading racism in a passive aggressive way is just as sick and vile as it would be directly. Amazing these type of creatures even hold their positions of Athority. They need to be stripped immediately!

This is the closest park to my house and it is a sanctuary of mine. I love just walking down the block to escape from the everyday, take a walk, sit around, roller blade or just people watch. The centralized location makes it a great spot for everyone in the neighborhood to hangout here. The field house always has something going on. There is a nice basketball court, activity room for camps and childrens programming, a beautiful swimming pool, soccer field and outdoor tennis court. During the summer months there are lots of festivals and movie nights which are just fantastic! Love this place.

Nice large play field, with a playground and a soccer field. I took my small dog there and threw a ball around it was perfect. Barely any other people.

We use it for summer camp. The staff is awesome. They are very attentive. My son lost his fear of swimming while enrolled in this program.

This is a fantastic park with all sorts of activities. For public use any time, are the two baseball fields, childrens play equipment, tennis court and enclosed turf soccer field. While the latter of the two have seen better days, its rare to find these types of facilities open and not booked by rec leagues.Its worth noting that in the field house you can reserve these spaces, and sometimes you will come across the occasional kids lessons going on.The grass park is a great place for a picnic and general outdoor activities.Be warned, you will run in to the occasional vagrant/drunk around the park, so please dont leave your small kids unsupervised and take the standard precautions at times of low traffic and low visibility.

Nice park, but it would work better with fewer garbage bins the look and smell of which detract from the parks serenity.

Go to another park! A lot of kids come here and you see a bunch of creeps in the corner of the park just hanging out all day drinking and doing nothing. That area is surrounded by gangbangers so definitely not the safest. Thank me later

This park is rumored to be not safe, so far this summer I have not seen any indication of this. There are a lot of benches and places to sit. There us a large playground and softball diamonds. Generally clean and not too loud.

I went out jogging for about an hour once,, Done went in to the swimming pool.

This park is small but boasts an indoor public pool, baseball diamonds,and a nice little walking trail around the area. Also excellent place to picnic with pupusas from across the street. Yumm.

My daughter swims here. She loves it. Homeschool swimming Thursday morning. We also play soccer on the greens. The greens are well kept and clean. We never saw gangs or dangerous things. I give it 4 stars because I dont know how the classes inside are yet. Will update as i know more.

I have been to many parks yet I always return to Koz to enroll my kids and the kiddos in the family for one simple reason the staff. Love the passion Coach Nick and Gabriel have with the park kids. Coach Gabriel is able to relate his passion of sports swith the kids. Coach Gabriel is always happy and willing to teach.Thank you Chicago Park District for having such great coaches at Koz...We need more Gabriels and Nicks at other parks.
