This is a well maintained mobil home park for 55 and older. Great pool and clubhouse!

They have a 4 drink limit on marguirites but most people only need 2 or 3. Great place to eat and enjoy a few cocktails

Exceptionally clean resident owned mobile home park with 440 units, mostly double wides. When you drive in you notice how uniform everything is and it has that Florida feel with all the palm trees lining the streets. Cars are not parked on the streets, everyone has the same light post and 90% have concrete drives. The rules are strictly enforced and that keeps it looking clean and modern. The pool is extremely large with a very nice club house. Walmart Neighborhood Market, Aldees and Publics are within 1/2 mile.

Have been in park for 16 yrs and I truly believe it to be the best park inBradenton!

Do not buy in this park now. The board that got elected fired the manager and the staff quit. Moving forward it will only get more problematic.
