Clean, well kept park. No single wide trailers, new pool, large clubhouse, library, workout room.But.... expensive lot rent. One of the highest in Manatee County.

Its a beautiful place. It has everything. It would be nice to live here. I wouldve given it 5 stars if the lot rent wasnt so high.

We visited, we liked the place, the people who live here, and weve been living here for 6 years. Nice place to spend the Golden Years.

After the new company has taken control rent has gone up a lot. A lot of new rules with some good and some bad!Topical company wants to make money for themselves (stopping lifetime leases).
