Please beware before considering moving in! This is not a safe place to live; you will need to purchase motion detection cameras as there are many thieves who live in this park and come in from nearby off the street. You may also need do not park signs as many (including park management) will park on your lot and block you in. There is minimal lighting and the lot rent keeps increasing every few months. The park management will lie to you and even loose your rent so make sure you always use a money order and keep your stubs for proof!

Its a typical trailer park and its not a bad place.

This place is a drive by, I went in to check this place out and the homes are extremely old, looks like no maintenance is done on the properties. Not a place I would want my family to visit me.

The management for this mobile home park are heartless. Evicting long time residence who are VETERANS, who have been diagnosed with cancer and are in the middle of chemo treatments!! Unwilling to sign paperwork allowing the tenenat to receive grants which would pay the rent for her!!! They’re a disgrace.

Multiple problems frank the manager allows HIV PEOPLE TO LIVE HERE, DRUG BUSTS, NEIGHBOR HAS MENTAL PROBLEMS PARK IS DISGUSTING FURNITURE DUMPED IN FRONT. NOW BECAUSE OF THIS NUT NEXT TO US, WHICH FRANK TAKES HIS SIDE ALL THE TIME. COPS HAVE BEEN HERE HE LOVES TO CALL FRANK N THE SHERRIF. THE SHERRIF SAID ONE MORE TIME THEY WILL AREST HIM THEY C HES PSYCHOTIC. BAD PARK FRANK IS A FONY DONT TRUST HIM. NICE AT FIRST THEN THROW YOU OUT AT THE DROP OF A HAT.

The owner said no kids yet theirs lots of kids here and drug addicts, but hey its a trailer park right?

Absolutely the worst people live here and management is a joke.
