Looks like a nice place to live. I wish they had a list of homes the are for rent or sale in thier office.

Very nice park owners own this is a background check community so dont try and buy or renting it without going through the office or you will be fined. You own your home lot and the board of directors see to it that the deed restrictions are followed or fines are enforced quiet community minimal crime and thats the way its going to stay this is a background check crime watch Community you must go through the office to buy or rent in this park or fines will be issued

The person trashing this park probably couldnt pass the background check. Lowest crime rate of any park in the area. Check with the police department. Go to our web site and view this park. The current board of directors is doing a great job!

Great place love it!!!! Makes life better

This MHP is absolutely the worst. Crime in there is terrible. However, they have a strict policy for backgroud checks. Wonder where and how all the criminals and predators got into this BACKGROUND restricted MHP. The board members are crazy and fight and curse at each other in monthly meetings. They have some trashy mobile homes and trashy people living within this community! Do NOT buy in there or rent in there.
