I enjoy visiting this park when Blue Springs hosts The Music in the Park Summer Concert Series. The concerts are very enjoyable and they are always scheduled on a Sunday. Other than that, this is a very relaxing park to visit.

Great park for a party, love the new playground equipment. Very reasonable to reserve the shelter.

Great park with things to do for all ages. There are two large playgrounds with play structures. A sand volleyball court, too. Two pavilions for family reunions, work parties, church groups, etc. A path goes all the way around the pond for a lunch or evening walk. Beware the goose poop, though! The park serves as an arboretum as many of the trees are labeled. Also, for the Pokemon Go gamers, there are several gyms, lots of pokestops, and tons of Pokemon to catch.

Absolutely amazing park..small but mighty green space in western blue springs I think..from the little creek ponds actually live fish and frogs etc floating living around and plenty of game birds thriving in this little town..parks clean and well maintained..tennis, baseball areas to blow off steam..nice benches to relax and feel nature also the arbor society has plaques with tree info about the breed how much $$ it saves by being planted there the size shape etc incredible knowledge..I dont live in Missouri I live in Cali we have excellent parks just like this one..ty to the city and the town for keeping this gem for us.

A beautiful little park with play areas for families, a walking path, gazebo, and volleyball court. The pond makes a beautiful background to a nice day of sitting in the shade, as long as you dont mind sharing space with the resident geese.

Great park. Multiple playgrounds, providing lots of fun, a pond, fountain, space for live music, shelters with picnic tables, nice walking trails, arboretum, sand volleyball.

Plenty of park for everyone. I took a stroll with my 95yo mama and she didnt feel rushed or hurried. Watched some tennis before we left the area. A nice place to unwind!

Its out dated but the kids still had a great time. The restrooms were pretty yucky.

Very cool park! Recently installed new playground. Theres also a cool pond with sculptures and fountains in it. Several covered shelters with picnic tables etc. Tennis courts and restrooms as well.

Nice park, way to many people walking while they text or playing Pokemon Go. Why go to this beautiful park if you are just going to leave your face in your phone. First time here and was impressed. Easy to forget that youre in the middle of Blue Springs. The new play ground was amazing. Excited about doing some more exploring to check out the whole park. Sounds cheesy, but having places like this makes me proud to live in Blue Springs.

They are making great improvements to this park. My family and I have loved this park for years. We play tennis, basketball, sand volleyball and love the play grounds!

Loved this park very pretty and clean the only down side was no restrooms open so we had to leave to relive ourselves

Great little park. A couple playground areas, one very recently renovated and very nice, the other on the older side but still fun for kids to play on. The little lake is nice for a walk. The tennis and basketball courts make it even nicer for people to come out and be active.

This place was pleasant. My wife and I took a stroll aroud the place and hung out for a bit. Seems like a fairly decent spot to kinda relax a bit and just enjoy being outside.

This little park is a lot of fun for my toddler. Theres a huge portion of playground specifically for small children. Geese everywhere. Its a nice place for a leisurely stroll. Clearly the park is kept up well; there were a group of strapping men doing some maintenance while we were there.

We absolutely loved it there we going back soon kids had fun and i was able to take walks

Its a small park, but the park is well maintained. Theres a small trail, two playgrounds, tennis courts and a picnic area. It also has a short walking trail. Its a small park, but had enough to do.

My wife, my son, I went to Rotary Park for Music in the park. We joined up with other family that went and had a great time. The big play area is great for my son. He lives climbing all over the jungle gym. The music was good too. The staff even planned to have an ice cream truck there while the event was going on. Yeah! I love ice cream. It was a great evening. I usually go here when there is some kind of event going on because I live closer to another park in blue springs, but this was a great outing.

I love to walk here year-round. I get irritated when they shut off the bathrooms too early. Fortunately its October, is 73°, and the bathrooms are open today. The park was super busy. The restrooms were cleaner than usual and everything else looked really nice and mowed and cleaned up. This is my favorite Park in Blue Springs. Ive lived here for 30 years.

It was nice and peaceful. The park is a pretty big.. there are 2 different playgroundsA pond for the geese.. nice shade trees by with benches underneath them.. its was very relaxing

Beautiful park and love the new play ground. The city will occasionally do fun activities for children and families. Also the BBQ joint next door is amazing so go get you some BBQ and let your kids burn off some energy lol

Nice walk paths,quiet.

The new addition to the park is really nice. It would be better if there was more shade in that area, but the new toys are pretty cool. No swings anywhere? Kinda odd, but still a nice park overall.

Pretty close between 4 and 3 stars. The park itself is pretty good, the trail is very rough and needs a resurfacing badly. The restroom facilities have a1/2 roof therefor if it rains everything is soaked.

Beautiful area. Needs little upkeep. The no swimming signs can barely make out that thats what they are.

My kids love going to this park. It’s always nice and clean.

Great space for kids. Separate playgrounds for very little kids and older ones. Sand volleyball courts. Large grassy areas (although not exceptionally smooth). A pond with paved walking trail.

Spent alot of my teenage years here. Got married in the gazebo in 2oo9. Lots of memories here. They have done so much to since I first went. Lots of new playgrounds for the kiddos! Nice walking path. Its really a great park.

This is a very nice park with a walking trail around the perimeter and a large lake with geese that waddle around the park honking at everyone. theres a shelter house and nice gazebo and several playgrounds. there are also a couple tenis courts and horseshoe pits. the park is conservation friendly having planted many trees throughout the park and labeled them with educational info about the type of tree it is. they have a program in the summer called music in the park and on Sunday evenings they have different live bands come play. *bonus* if youre a Pokemon go fan, the park trails are loaded with pokestops and gyms.!!

Beautiful park. My kids and I really enjoyed it.

This place is beautiful and offers two different playgrounds depending on the level of interest of your child (the newer one is pretty tall and can be daunting to littles). Theres a walking trail around the little pond and plenty of places for a picnic. Theres a wooden bridge that would make for a pretty picture taking spot come spring.However, the trash buildup in the water runoff needs to be addressed and theres been a group of older children visiting every time weve been who have a very colorful vocabulary with no concern to conceal the language around smaller children at the park.

Played Cosmic Bingo at Vesper Hall tonight. R. won free meals at Texas Roadhouse. I won something not as good but we never win at Bingo....fun.

I love this place so much I actually got married here 7 years ago! Super nice super clean and a lot of stuff to do for your kids. Tennis racket courts basketball courts and a long walk around the lake has all that you need to relax!

This is one of our favorite parks to visit since it has two sets of play equipment as well as the nice walking trail around the pound. It also has tennis courts, a covered pavilion with tables and a gazebo for people to enjoy.

Really cool little playground in the front, but the goose poo on every square inch of the park makes a stroll in the park turn into a nauseating walk on eggshells trying to avoid it on the sidewalks, even grass! Strange that you are required to pick up after your dog, yet goose poo the size of dog poo is literally everywhere! Who would even be able to tell if your dog pooed?! After moving to Missouri, I learned that geese are not an asset to a park! Also, no swings or built in seating in the gazebo. I would not recommend this park, unless going to the playground is your goal.

Very beautiful and peaceful park

It is supposed to be a non smoking park yet there was a man sitting smoking a cigar right next to the kids play area. And then there was a man who kept walking standing just watching the kids play doing circles it was a very uneasy feeling.

The park is beautiful. I love walking here, but people need to learn to pick up their trash. Do I look like your momma??? ;)

Park seems to have then cleaned up since we visited a long time ago would a been a 4 or a 5 star visit if not for all the nasty geese

Love the walking track, and it is a great place to play Pokemon if you are into that (multiple gyms and stops). There are two playgrounds, one that was recently updated. My 1.5 year has fun at both. I like the pond in the center and watching the ducks and geese.

This park had many features; pond, climbing kids spaces, water, wildlife, gazebo, bridges, green spaces and many tree species ... train bridge backdrop. Great for picnics and music in the park.

We love Rotary park. Its beautiful for pictures. I did my sons senior pictures there. Also its great for children as they have 2 big play areas and pokestops for pokemon go for ppl who play.

Many opportunities for functions and activities. Space is a bit limited.

Beautiful night

I first visited this park when I as young (30 ish yrs ago). It has steadily improved. They recently added a new playground area and it is fantastic. Myself and my two boys (4 and 8 yo) had a great time.

Nice clean park with winding trails surrounding a tranquil pond.

Great park for little ones, I brought my granddaughter and she loved it.

Kids loved it and we all enjoyed the little walking path.

Been to this little park many times over the years. It just keeps getting better. Upgrades to the play areas, well maintained grounds and paths, and a great place for tennis. Even a solo court you can practice alone.
