Really lovely park in a great neighborhood. Nice place to bring dogs (community folks bring their dogs every day at 4pm) and a good open space for picnics, BBQs and hangs. It has a fantastic view of Oakland and SF and offers enough space to be socially distant.

Beautiful views of Oakland and Berkeley. Some nice grass areas for playing with the dog or having a picnic. Some epic rock climbing spots for all levels. A cute location tucked in a nice quiet neighborhood.Onky heads up is that it is not good for long hikes and there is no parking lot just for the park so you have to find spots on the tight residental streets

Sport climbing in Berkeley, who knew? Just a few routes but still very fun. It can get kind of busy, especially with classes going on. The top area is a cool little clearing with great views. Also very close to a few other parks so you can park at one and string them together

Great place to do a wide array of pleasurable events from weddings to a BBQ to just picnicking with friend with a few beer and some good old fashioned hoops I enjoy this park

Nice little park, with some good views for the downtown. It also has a water fountain and lots of seating area.

Super easy and accessible spot for top roping and bouldering. Park your car and youre there. Pretty well shaded. It gets very busy and there are often classes on weekends so it can be hard to get a rope up. Gorgeous views of the bay from the pavilion at the park above.

Great spot to climb outdoors for a first time, easy approach and easy short routes.

A great place to climb - perfect for those (wait for it) learning the ropes or seasoned climbers alike. I suppose the Cragmont Crack and Cragmont Undercling are initiation rights-of-passage for some folks, so theres that. TIP: A less busy time to come here to climb is during the longer school breaks - spring, summer, and winter - you can get the whole place to yourself quite often.

Really pretty! Theres a basketball hoop and top rope climbing areas! Plus beautiful views.

Great mellow tr routes for beginners

Never go here. This place is a Den of crime, and sin, with dangerous criminals lurking around every corner, smelly bad smell, and glass sticking up out of the ground, a very dangerous place overall. Do not go there. I repeat never go there.
