During the pandemic, this is one of the few rock parks in Berkeley that has been open, so we’ve walked over here a lot. There’s an easy climb on the south side, or you can hike up one of two sets of carved stairs. A bonus now is that the makers of Ocho chocolate are giving away chocolate bars on their porch across the street.

This is a gem of a small park. Great for a quick outing. The giant rock is great for casual climbing. The grassy area in back could use some love. I think it needs a bench or a picnic table. Weve gone back several times since discovering it.Lovely neighborhood. Can you find the poetry wall nearby?

Just a big rock with steps to the top. Great view. Totally unexpected.

Really nice place to check out. It is in a residential area so parking is limited. Its not really a place to eat or hangout but to see and take pictures there is a gorgeous view.

Its cute and quaint.

This is a small hidden mini version of Indian Rock. The climb up to see the view has steps cut into the rock, although footing is still a bit tricky!
