Fun destination for biking, walking and running. On a hot day jump in the fountain. As a student I use to run here. This visit I rode up the hill with my daughter.

I love the fountain. Its often super busy with cars zooming around, but when its not the water sounds make it a charming place. Even when busy it makes me happy to see the three bears go by.

Iconic North Berkeley landmark

Nice to look at, but it is not really a park. It is the middle of a roundabout. It is a very small grass area with a fountain in middle. The fountain has a cool design and grass is well maintained. I dont think the city allows people to go inside it (people do anyway).

Great place to get your kids run over, its not really a place but a insane roundabout you never want to drive through, much less get killed walking in...

Restored just a few years ago, after being unused for many years, this historic fountain attracts people who just want a place to hang out on a nice day, volunteers who want to keep it beautiful and running smoothly, and, unfortunately, vandals. Notable are the small bears who serve as caryatids, and look as though they havent had a good meal in quite a while.

Good reference to drivers around Berkeley North.
