This place is tucked away behind the downtown public library. Its a cozy little park with a fountain and some stairs and a lawn. Its a great place to just hangout and read a book.
The reason Im the first (and so far only) person to review this park can be found on the City of Bellingham website:Lee Memorial Park may be commonly referred to as the Library Lawn. When the grass isnt soggy (July and August some years) its nice to play or lay on. Otherwise its pretty to look at.Like the giraffe sculpture.Oh, btw, Streetview shows the front of the library, this is in back by city hall.
Place to wait for library to open, free wifi
