Had my daughters birthday party here during covid-19. It was pretty sanitary and distant but full. My kids had a great time. The drinks were horrible tho, wasnt strong at all..mainly watered!!! The chicken is amazing.

Kids enjoyed themselves after months indoors because of the pandemic. We enjoyed the bar, food and drinks . A very nice family oriented visit.

Appetizers and entrees all decent, service was awesome. The gaming section overwhelming. Got me out of my covid funk.

This was the first time I visited it and its quite good.There are different games to choose, you dont get bored easily .

Decided to get out of the house after being cooped up like forever . Went to Dave & Busters White Marsh Mall location. It was a dreary overcast day so I expected no crowds and was pleased to find none. We ordered food. & played some arcade games. The server was polite & attentive. When the food came it was hot & good. The turn around time from ordering to delivery at the table was quick and a pleasant surprise. The moral of this adventure is sometimes it pays to venture out during a dreary day instead of always when the sun is out. You might find yourself with quicker than usual service, more polite attendants & a smile on your face for deciding to go.

Love this place its a great place to play video games its closed even though the games are all new there are no old ones still pretty cool place to go and you can also bar/restaurant food along with drinks if you want while playing games. Video games for all ages of people from The Young Too Young at Heart and everywhere in between.

I love the fact that they are supplying gloves for you to put on to play the games. I thought the kids would have issue with the gloves but they were able to play as normal and still be safe. I went in with major concerns and was ready to walk back out until I saw that they supplied gloves

Arrived there on a Friday night and the place was surround buy Police Vans and Cars. If I had to guess, about 30 officers. Not what you want to see at a fun place. The officers where not outside, but present far enough to responded. Like they where preparing for a raid. We turned around immediately.

Staff is great, would give a 5 but everytime I come I have to take over a certain high score because they keep re setting the game

My familys experience @Dave and Busters was awesome.We went there to celebrate my nephews birthday he truly had a blast.I sat at the sitting/eating area and my waitress Nykira was the best...she was on point with every order that came through,and very friendly.Will definitely be bringing the family back soon.

The food was pretty good but the service was awful. No napkins, salt, pepper, refills, nothing. And to top it all off the Manager sat us and took our orders and never came back. I tried to get a refill at the bar and was completely ignored by the bartender and the bar was empty except for two people. The place was almost deserted except for about a half a dozen people throughout the entire place. Very disappointed

Went for lunch during the Ravens game. Side salad had no dressing on it. Both burgers were so burnt we couldnt even eat them and were so small they didnt even take up half the bun. Terrible food! So disappointing. When we told the waitress all she did was apologize but did not rectify it in any way.

The waitress was rude and service was slow. It took 1hr 30 to be waited on. I had to ask for help. The food came out in a timely manner. The waitress didnt know how to use the card machine and got mad when she didnt get a tip, however she never waited on the table. The manager took care of 1/3 of my bill.

Love the virtual 3D games here. Will be going back soon.

The food was good my fiance and her son loved playing the games, they earned 7k in tickets. They want to go back this weekend.

Enjoyed my night out, this was my first visit at Dave and Buster. I would recommend it as a place if good food and fun

Its nice to see Dave and Busters open again however one of their biggest attractions, the VR simulator is now closed down thanks to social distancing. I doubt I will be going back until the VR opens back up. They do still have the bar and the other games so its not like theres absolutely nothing to do.

Such a cool place to have an event. Staff is dialed in to be of assistance. Management picks the cream of the crop to work their events, and it shows. Attention to detail, yes sir, no maam, and polite all around. Id love to hold an event there, myself!

Good place to be a kid again while drinking

I would like to see a combo sort of thing like $35 for say a 100 game credits and a meal like chicken wings ect.

You cant play when machines are broken. Drop ball machine used to have 3 balls per play and now its one. When you need someone to fix machines, you will have to look for them or just give up. Its covid season and theres no local sanitizer dispensers. The only good things are updated prizes.

This place is all about the fun!It has a great atmosphere and a ton of fun games for all ages. It has never been overcrowded and not much time has to be spent waiting at any of the games. They have a wide variety of items on the menu with decent food.It is pricey, but they have awesome coupons and specials! Look out for them!

Great place for family and friends alike!!! Im in my mid 30s, and my children range from 10-18 years old... And they love it there... Everytime we go. Funny, fast and friendly staff. I havent had an issue yet, nothing major. The minor issue I had, with a game was quickly resolved and I was right back to playing. I strongly recommend committee g here too for a good time, laughs, and grateful deals.

Hard to get out of here (family of 4) for less than $200 including the meal, but the value is good. Clean and friendly, this is our go-to when we need to have a family night out.Nice that the parents can walk around with a beer with the kids do their own thing.Table service Im the restaurant sucks though, so plan ahead, but food is good!

I had a great time at the D&B in White Marsh. I went with my 6 year old son and my wife. There were plenty of games that all of us could enjoy and the food was good.I went as part of a large organization event, so I cant tell you how much things cost. It was a great event if youre looking to do some team building.

Dave & Busters is always a great time if you’re patient. It’s almost always a mad house. This location seems to be less adult friendly and more geared towards kids. The are no billiard tables, only one bar, even more understaffed than most of their places are.

My family always has so much fun here- the games are fun and work for a variety of ages, and the food and drinks are good. However, the service in the restaurant area is often incredibly poor (the servers are nice but service is slow and the guests seem easily forgotten). The bathrooms are often a disaster. I usually opt to take my kids to the family restroom because its the only decent one.

Ok first I think they have a honor dont offer policy on the unlimited wings and games for $20! Not advertised on the menu but they gave it to me. You play all the blue game but you cant get tickets. Also you must try the JURASSIC PARK virtual reality game...its like nothing youve ever experienced.TRUST ME! and the employees are SUPER NICE AND ACCOMMODATING. I LOVE IT

My family and I wanted to eat there before playing games but ended up getting bad to no service at all at the restaurant. After being seated, no one, I mean no one even came by the table to at least start us off with drinks. We waited at least 20 minutes! We ended up walking out to the mall to get food and came back for the folks and fun. Scratch the food...! If you can help it, eat before you get there! Still had a good time though and our favorite games were Connect 4 basketball and Air Hockey. Well come back for fun but not for food!

Kids had a blast.. the deal with unlimited wings and play free card Awesome even though you can only play certain ones so keep that in mind when getting this deal, our server was great too very attentive!

Great arcade! Some of the games need updated though. The staff is always friendly. The drinks are great. The food has been gross, bland, and disappointing, but theres no reason to eat here with all the other great options around!Stop in, play some games, and have a great time!

The food is pretty good considering what you are getting. A 10 Philly cheese steak accompanied by a $20 play card for $26.99 so for two meals and two cards for $51 it makes for an affordable date/ play night.

It was GREAT!!!!! I loved every minute and got so many tickets and so many prizes! I went with a. group and we all had fun! The only thing that was not the greatest was that the cards would sometimes not work when you put them in the slot or pressed them down on the cube thing. And also it took a while for us to get our check! But other than that it was awesome! Our waiter was great to because he gave us unlimited video games!

This is a great place, well laid out and organized, with helpful staff. Easy to get to and plenty of parking, convenient entrance without having to go in through the mall. The food was good as well, and the bar and restaurant area is very nice. My family really enjoyed an event that was organized at that location.

It is a friendly kid free atmosphere. I took my son here for his 16th birthday. The wings and fries were good.

Was very very disappointed. It took the server 30 minutes to take our drink order. When she did it took another 15 minutes to get our drink order. Then when we order the food that took another 20 minutes to come. They sent out the wrong order and took another 10 minutes to come. Then one of our orders was not pleasing and we had to get the manager. He seem like he had an attitude about the fact we was not happy with our food. Sends out a fresh order that took 15 minutes to come. Not only that went to use the restroom and omg it was trifling very very nasty dirty. I had to run out of there. Not ONE clean stall at all. Will never come back to this one. Can you say health department shut down. They are not clean at all. From the tables to the bars to the bathroom. Just nasty.

Arcade was great . Restaurant not so great . Line was long at hostess table. No one was getting seated . Everyone starring at the empty section behind the hostess section wondering why there not being seated. After listening to the hostess complain to a colleague about how people are rude for 3 minutes I was able to give my name for a table for 2. 50 minutes later I was seated at the empty section which now had 2 other tables seated. I had to wait in the long line at the hostess table to tell them I had been texted my table was ready. I’m positive you guys lost a lot of business because of the super slow seating of people. Hostess seemed completely overwhelmed. I’m not a restaurant expert but quicker you get people in a seat the quicker you can get the next people in a seat. Good for profit, good for servers, and good for customers. It was like it was everyone’s first day, as far as getting seated. People trickled into that section very slowly but it never filled up. Definitely has to be a better system . Truly seemed like no one knew what was going on. Once we were seated everything was fine. Once seated waitress was great and So was the food. I will just go for the arcade from now on. Restaurant will not be an option for me.

Went there with my fiance, we spent $70 on dinner, I ordered the country fried chicken, I took one bite and I couldnt even eat it, it was almost like someone dumped salt all over it, it was gross. We did have fun playing all the games though and the prizes were cool we left with two matching t-shirts, and a small speaker, I would go back again but only for the games, I will never order anything to eat from there again.

Conditions not very sanitary. Claimed to have sanitizing stations throughout the gaming area... there were none! Female restrooms were filthy... the rim of my glass was sticky...yuk . Wont be going back!

The arcade portion is expensive but there is a lot of variety. You expect to drop some money on having fun with the games. The restaurant portion is terrible. The service is incredibly slow and the food might as well be something that came out of a drive-thru.I am adding this review to include review of the restrooms. They were disgusting. All of the toilets had some sort of bodily waste still in them. And two of them were continuously running on flush. The floors were sticky and the sinks were ill equipped with soap and paper towels.

I had a party for my daughters birthday.The host was awful, she tried to make my family leave the table and order at the bar when I had paid over $300 to reserve the party. Management had to get involve and correct the host. It was awful, barely brought drinks to the table. I didnt get a chance to spend time with my daughter during the party because I was too busy trying to get the host to do her job. The manager ended up getting me a new host. Party was reserved for 2 hrs. The kids played for an 1.5 hrs and we arrived back at the table on time. The children received their food on time. but the adults ended up waiting 1 hr and 15 minutes due to the rude host. Ended up staying at Dave and Busters 2 hrs more because of host smh.

My previous review was work of phone pocket. We went there for a party and the party service was good. The room was a good size as well. The venue isnt as large as Arundel Mills but it certainly has plenty of games to keep kids occupied. The party menu food was good as well. We would return with kids but would likely opt but Arundel Mills for an adult outing.

This was by far the best trip I ever made. Not only were the managers respectable about my Service dog and my friends, but they were knowledgeable about their laws. One of their managers even had their own Service Dog. It was so refreshing to be able to have fun, feel safe and not be harassed or discriminated against. I will be a returning customer for life!!!

Absolutely horrendous service we experienced last night. Our bartender took over 25 minutes to make drinks and they were wrong. We sat at a table to get food and I tried to order another drink from the male server and he refused saying he couldn’t make the drink because I had a tab open with the first bartender. I have never heard of such a thing esp in a bar setting, which is how they make their money. He never even offered to ask my original bartender to make the other drink, just said no, very lazy! We left here and went to the new Wayward Smokehouse down the street, which had an outside bar, delicious cocktails and most importantly bartenders who were on it and did whatever they could to make sure we had a great night!!! Don’t waste your time coming here!!!

Had a good time on my daughter bday 10/10/19. She really enjoyed herself. Games were fun, the food was fair, the drinks were good priced & the watermelon strawberry alcoholic drink was tasty. We plan on going again soon.

I am often here. It is a really nice place but always, as with any location, make sure your winnings from a game are loaded on your card. Ive had a few instances over the years where Ill win but the machines dont log the game play or the win.

We love going to Dave & Busters early in the day when it is less crowded. Great menu with many healthy options. Kids always have a great time!

The best time to visit is when they first open. Theyre usually crowded and busy on the weekends or after school hours. Their drinks from the bar are really good, but can be pricey. They have a nice variety of games that can be played. Customer service is good. It has always been clean whenever I went and its a great place to play games with family, friends or your significant other.

We took our grandsons to D&B yesterday & a great time was had by all!! The absolute ONLY thing I didnt care for was the price!! But, hey, its no worse, in fact, may be even less expensive than other arcades, so really, no complaints!! They have so many different types of games & so many in each category, if someone cant find a game that they like, well..... maybe theyre in a bad mood!!! D&B has different price packages to pick from and our boys really enjoy having their own power card that shows the number of credits they have available. Some of the games just use credits off the card, while some games will deduct the number of credits that it takes to play but then after you play the game, it will add additional credits that you earned for playing! When youre finished all that you want to play for the day, your card will keep record of credits that you have left and you can use them next time! Plus your card has the number of credits you earned and you can spend your credits at the concession store(Im not sure what its called!) I was thoroughly amazed at the quality of the games, and the life-like actions that are used. Remember....the games arent just for the kids...... have fun and BE one of them!! Unfortunately, we didnt eat at D&B, so I am unable to comment on the the food! But, from what I observed, the servers were all polite, professional but yet, friendly and funny! The food must have been good because nobody left anything on their plates!! I would definitely recommend Dave & Busters for a fun outing!!

The arcade is pretty cool. We only saw maybe one game on the floor that wasnt working, but it wasnt labeled as out of order. Other than that, the food at the bar is ok if you mind paying a bit more than usual. The two Capt and Cokes I got were flat and werent made well. All in all though, Id definitely go back

Love this place. it’s a lot of fun, even for adults. it has plenty of games and a virtual reality experience which is really cool. And Wednesday’s are half price game nights. while the food is decent, it usually takes a while for you to get it. and I wouldn’t recommend going on a Saturday night unless you like very crowded areas and teenagers who absolutely reek of weed.

I will say, I enjoy the arcade portion part of it. A lot of variety and just a lot to choose from. Great for older people who cant exactly go to Chuck E Cheese. Now heres why its a three star, the food. It is disgusting. Its oily and disgusting to eat. Plus it has hurt mine and my friends stomachs so I would suggest to eat somewhere else before going. Its also cheaper as everything is overpriced.

Entire place was filthy, only 1 toilet working in the womens bathroom, no toliet paper in any stall, rude and slow service, food took a long time to come out and was cold. I got sick a couple hours after eating. Needless to say, I will not be returning.

We came with a Groupon all day pass. It was only for the blue swipe games. That was no problem, (I recommend it) we had a great time. Try the Pac-Man air hockey its a blast!!! (Although, it was missing the big puck) The food was ok... The girls didnt really like the seasoning on the pigs in a blanket. The chicken in my chicken tortilla/nacho appetizer seamed burned/overcooked. The bathrooms need Major, Frequent Attention!!!!! The flushing mechanism is not the best.

The place is amazing. Its the rowdy, ill-mannered minors that will ruin your experience. The staff is always friendly and ready to help however they can.

First time every visiting Dave and Busters, I attended my work holiday event and was surprised by the service because it was such a large party. For Jasmin to be our only server she did amazing bringing the drinks out and remembering who ordered which. We also visited the bar and I was surprised that Tiarra didnt get overwhelmed with such a large group of people demanding drinks at once. The only issue we did run into was how rude management was when it was time to leave. We understood that it was closing time however to be a planned event patience wouldve been appreciated we had bar tickets so some people were more intoxicated than others. Overall great experience super shout out to Tiarra and Jasmin!!!!!

Great visit. Smaller than the Arundel Mills one but I liked this one better. Better parking and not a lot of older kids being stupid.

Huge Arcade/Sports Bar/Restaurant with a ton of brand new games. Lots of huge TVs in the bar and seating area. Food was good, and had pretty sweet happy hour deals for Food/gaming cards. Very clean and a lot of prizes to pick from once you spend a fortune playing games haha

The food was delicious, superstacked burger w/fries and full rack of ribs w/fries. My daughter got a super glo drink which is in the pictures. The staff was very curteous and helpful.

Well they wait way to long to come over and ask what food and drinks you want. They just dont have good service. I dont blame the waiters and waitresses. I blame the system. How they have it all set up is just ridiculous.

Service was horrible and most of our food was cold and not well cooked. The games were fun and not too expensive but the bathrooms were a mess, every toilet clocked and no paper towels.

Before going check Groupon as they sometimes have good deals on game cards.

This was very fun for the wife and son. Plenty of games not too expensive but definitely not inexpensive or cheap. But theres quality in the game systems

This is awsome lots of games and prizes its always crowded but thats because its really cool they have cards you can buy you can reload them for 20$ or less or more depending on how many games your gonna play and how lo ngf you gonna be there then you go in the back when you done and use your points for prizes the top prize in my opinion is a ps4 xbox 1 or a Nintendo switch which is more then 20,000 points
